Great family experience - We hired the Olivia Yacht with our two children aged 9 & 6. We pre booked a lunch where we were given a lovely choice of food. This was all delicious. The crew were super friendly and helpful with the children moving around the boat. We had a lovely swim and will definitely book this again when we return to Dubai next year.

Anna 85ft and Cpt Ryan means a great experience. - Outstanding experience, Capt Ryan and his crew were professional, courteous, friendly and helpful every step of the way. Even before we arrived onboard the communication and advise was spot on. The boat was incredible turning many heads as we passed through Dubai Marina on our way to sea. We stopped off for a swim at JBR beach right in view of our apartment and that was cool. Brilliant experience, brilliant crew and brilliant boat. We loved watching our own reflection passing by the office windows.

Fabulous! - What a fabulous activity. Lana was amazing at organising my request for food (an extra cost) which was delivered to the yacht prior to our arrival, it was delicious! The captain and crew were professional, friendly and accommodating without being intrusive. We stopped for photos and swimming. The drinks were offered regularly and the food served when we were ready. Far exceeded my expectations. Thank you all so much, a memorable day for my son's birthday!

Fabulous! - What a great experience, the captain and crew were very professional, attentive and friendly, however, not intrusive. After booking Lana contacted me to see if there was anything we required so I booked and paid extra for some food. This was delivered to the boat and served by the crew, it was delicious. We had photo and swim stops as will as being served regular cold soft drinks. I can't recommend this experience highly enough!

Big disappointment - My sisters and I were really looking forward to this yacht, and had it booked for over three months. However, we were disappointed with our experience. First I would just like to say the boat itself was impressive, but that’s where it ended. When we arrived at the boat, no one helped us get on? Then we just got seated inside with no explanation, we thought at the very least a small tour & discussion on where we’re going, perhaps do’s and dont’s etc … nothing. We were confused why we had been sat in here and after ten minutes moved outside. The staff weren’t overly friendly, we sat there like an inconvenience. We had paid such a lot of money, and we thought this would be the highlight of our trip, so I spoke to the captain. He was friendly and apologetic and the two members of staff did pick up a little bit. But it was just little things e.g,. We went for a swim in the sea and were struggling to get back on the boat and no one came to help. There was no toilet roll. A luxury yacht, but not a luxury experience.
