Perfect sunset cruise - **Golden Hour Bliss on the Water 🌅✨** What a stunning experience! The sunset views were unreal—smooth sailing, chilled vibes, and that golden light dancing on the water. It felt like something out of a travel magazine. Big shoutout to the manager (Arnab) , who was an absolute gem—super professional but also really friendly and attentive. You can tell they take pride in making the whole thing feel seamless and first class. Definitely calling again next time I'm in town.

Sunset tour with Arab and Ali - Just about to finish our wonderful experience on the yacht x. It has been the highlight of our week. The sun is setting and is beautiful. Everything about the trip has been great But to add to the experiences we have had the guide by Arab and Ali who have given us an insight about the culture of Dubai. Poor management, very disorganised and unfair treatment! Would not recommend this company!! - Myself and my family had booked onto the sunset tour for our last evening on holiday before coming home. We had paid extra to include the transfer to and from the metro station (optional when booking) thinking it would be easier! The pick up was organised 2 days before our activity over WhatsApp to be picked up from Sobha Reality at 16:30pm. We arrived at the station for 16:25 and whatsapped the tour guide with a photo of where we were stood waiting, to which the tour guide replied and said they were on they’re way. 16:35 and nobody had arrived (T&C’s of the activity stated if we were not picked up by 16:35 we’d be classed as a no show), due to the time I was concerned we would be marked as a no show despite being in the designated location at the correct time. Contacted the tour guide again and asked for an update on our driver, to which we were reassured they were on they’re way and we would still make the activity in time, I asked for a registration number for the car so we knew what to look out for, this was eventually provided and advised would be with us in 3 minutes. Still nobody arrived so contacted the tour guide again, to which he replied stating there had been an error with the transfer and I would need to pay for a taxi to take us to the meeting point for the activity and he would personally refund me in cash once we arrived at the yacht. Very angry that I was having to pay more money, and struggling to find a taxi that wasn’t already booked, we managed to get in one at 16:57 and advised the tour guide we would arrive at the marina for 17:08. He replied and said he needed the taxi driver to call him and direct him to exactly where we needed to be, all whilst reassuring us we would still make it in time for boarding. Arrived at the marina at 17:10 and messaged the tour guide saying we were there, to which he responded instantly saying they had already left as we were ‘too late’. Myself and my family (4 of us in total) and 2 other people (who also had the same problem with no transfer turning up for them) were then left at the marina very angry that this had happened through no fault of our own. I am now having to fight to get my money back for the 2 taxi fares I had to pay for (to and from the marina) due to the transfer not turning up and the tour guide advising us to do so. So unfortunately the last night of our holiday that was supposed to be a very special evening for my family and I celebrating our parents 25th wedding anniversary, was ruined due to very poor and unfair management from this company. Gutted to say the least!!
