Good fun! - Quad bikes, dune bashing, camel riding and sand surfing. We paid 250aed each, we had the option of paying 150 each extra to have a 4x4 of our own but shared with another couple, you don’t lose out by doing this. We booked directly with the company after our hotel said there was only private cars available at 450aed each. So it’s worth booking that way, definitely worth the money to break up your holiday and have a bit of fun. It was a 40 min drive to the desert which lets you view a little bit of Dubai you may not otherwise see. We took a rucksack with our own water but we were offered plenty during the time we were there. I was expecting our driver to just turn up and quietly get on with his job, but he made it so much better by cracking jokes, Mr Khan was his name, very friendly but very very funny!
