Funtastic - It's was great experience. I got my tickets on time and the view from there is worth less. I went for normal time but I suggest to go in sunset time. Highly recommended

Beautiful Palm - It has a breathtaking view of Palm. I would recommend to go in the afternoon otherwise you won’t enjoy taking pictures. It was very very hot with Sun on you. Still view was great. You can see world famous Atlantis hotels from there.

Amazing view - Has an amazing view of the palm, I definitely enjoyed it. I went during the day, but I feel like the view at night would be also breathtaking!

Worth the trip for the sunset views - Observatory is a good experience but perhaps slightly overpriced when you have to purchase monorail separately and the transport links are not easy compared to other Dubai metro options. Going through car parks to the monorail are not good compared to going through the mall for example to the burg

Excellent view from Floor 54 - There were the usual queues but that didn’t spoil the experience. The interactive floor session & video pre-tour we’re excellent. Floor 52 gave a great view but up on Floor 54 you got uninterrupted views from every vantage point. The climb up from 52 to 54 is via stairs which could be difficult for those less mobile like myself, but we’ll worth the effort.

So pity. Did not take place for me - Poor service, I was unexpectedly stuck in a traffic jam and asked for a ticket an hour or two later. Unfortunately the Viator team couldn't help me. The provider did not give any feedback, so I paid for nothing and was not on the Palm View but the Burj Al Arab Ticket was great

Beautiful view but avoid using the TripAdvisor site to buy your tickets - Tickets purchased from TripAdvisor are not issued directly by TripAdvisor but by a third party agency. TripAdvisor only sends a confirmation of purchase of the service but this confirmation does not allow access to the observatory. You have to wait for the third-party agency to manually issue the ticket, which can take time (several hours). I therefore advise against booking a ticket on the TripAdvisor website for last-minute access even though the site indicates that there is still space. You may not receive your access ticket (issued by the third party agency) on time. This is what happened to me.

Better buy tickets on site! - We were really looking forward to "the view" and were unfortunately disappointed by the organizer's inadequate coordination. We had booked early tickets (9:30 a.m.) to avoid the crowds. When we arrived, it seemed as if we were practically the only ones there. However, we only received confirmation of the booking from the organizer. The QR codes were still missing. Luckily, the staff on site helped us and then contacted our organizer. However, we received the tickets 45 minutes late. When we finally wanted to go in, there were suddenly 2 tour guides with around 30-40 tourist groups each. The tour was no longer enjoyable and completely overcrowded. For both efficiency and cost reasons, we recommend that everyone buy the tickets on site.

Elevator capacity.. FYI - We just witnessed the most awful experience after seeing a beautiful view. Please get a headcount before riding the elevator. One of the elevators got stuck with over 20 pp for over 25 minutes, with no AC, and I could hear pp screaming and kids 😭. Learned elevator capacity should not exceed 10 pp, and weight matters. Praying for everyone that was inside 🙏
