Excellent service & polite driver - Hightly recommend. Excellent service. Very knowledgeable & lovely driver. Afnas was our guide & i couldn't fault him he was fabulous. He chatted to us & explained all the sites.

Indeed private experience with all flexibility - Great experience, also the car was in a great condition and impressive one to drive around. The driver was very informative and enjoyed conversing and learning about the local culture. Also he was quite patient with the family and accommodating. Our trip was mostly planned on the fly besides few things like pickup from hotel, dropping off bags to Emirates DIFC check-in center and then getting dropped at airport. This was one of the best way to make most of limited time we had on our last day in Dubai. We had the service for a around 9hours.

We were very concerned that our night-time-only layover in Dubai would make it difficult or even impossible to schedule a city tour. I reached out via chat to a customer service agent at Viator (a Tripadvisor company), who listened to our requirements and immediately hooked us up with Mr. Jay of Arabian Leisure Tourism. He was awesome, met us at the airport, gave us a great city night tour with plenty of photo-op stops, stretching the visit out to include dawn over the city and harbor, before getting us back to the airport in plenty of time for our connecting flight. We saw the maximum in the brief time we had available, and although timing preventing going inside most monuments, we were extremely pleased with the whole visit. Thanks, Mr. Jay!

Traveling alone has never been better! - Arabian Leisure is AMAZING. I’m a solo traveler — planned this trip for my birthday. I booked 1 half day initially for an evening out on my birthday. I just wanted a really nice Dinner and my driver Jay was amazing. Constantly giving me water or anything else I needed. I got to my destination promptly and also took me to other sightseeing attractions afterward. I felt so comfortable, especially doing things alone at night as a 25 yr old woman. He gave me recommendations on things to the next day and I decide since I had such a good time and appreciated Jay’s knowledge about the country I decided to book him AGAIN for the following morning (today) to see the Dubai Miracle Gardens. He also took me through old Dubai and took me to an authentic Persian spot for food. I highly recommend this service given I booked them twice. Definitely if you are a solo traveler and want someone that is not only a great driver but also knowledgeable as well. You won’t regret it!

Best private customised tour - Booked a private car for 10hrs, with a tour guide to assist us. Vehicle was a Citroen spacetour van - so spotlessly clean and we had a super comfortable ride all day. Our driver was Jay and guide was Janu - they took excellent care of us so much that we will definitely book only with them/this company again whenever we are in Dubai. The company also gave great suggestions and advice to our itinerary by the way, enhancing our travel plans and giving us the best experience.

Professional and Informational - First the company was very responsive want my request and iitinerary. Mostly Mr. Jay was extremely professional, positive, responsive, flexible, and informational. We learned so much about the history of the area and the places we visited. He had great recommendations about everything we wanted to do as well. We would definitely request Mr. Jay again. Seeing UAE with your own private guide and driver - What a fantastic way to handle jet-lag…arriving 1am and seeing Dubai without the crowds and traffic and seeing the city lights was beautiful, then as the sun rose we made our way to Abu Dhabi…. having a wonderful tour guide of Jay and driver Rafi showing us around Dubai and Abu Dhabi with a wealth of knowledge and locations.
