Amazing crew and super sunset cruise - Amazing sunset cruise on the M/Y Serena with Captain Rex and his crew John, Lester and JM. The booking process was easy with Bilal and the cruise itself was a lovely afternoon / evening. The crew were attentive and professional and we got to see all of the sights of Dubai plus a fantastic sunset, highly recommended!

Great luxury yacht trip with a lovely crew - First of all the booking process is very easy to proceed. Thanks to Karim who is one of the yacht owner! Everything was prepared. The yacht, Ice cubes, music box, towels, etc. Captain "Toto" is happy to drive where you wanna drive. He is a well experienced Captain! The crew is amazing! They are very carrying and the service was outstanding. In the end all was perfect!

The worst experience ever. Do not book from this company. They ruined our trip for 60 people. It was a nightmare!! - This was the most disappointing experience we’ve ever had. The boat was two hours late, leaving 60 guests stranded on the pier, sitting on hot asphalt. We were misled by the company representative, Rachelle, who repeatedly informed us that the boat was delayed due to a Coast Guard inspection. However, we later learned that the delay was actually caused by the previous trip running two hours late. Had she provided us with accurate information at the time of the previous trip's delay, we could have sought an alternative option rather than keep our guests waiting for two hours. When the boat finally arrived, it was in a terrible condition - covered in dirt and grime from its previous trip. The crew spent another 30 minutes trying to clean it while our guests observed all the proceedings from the pier. The boat was covered in beer and grime, and the crew had only one mop and no proper cleaning supplies, merely moving the mess around instead of cleaning it up. Upon boarding, guests were forced to cover their noses due to the overwhelming stench of beer, as if the entire boat had been sprayed with it. The restrooms were filthy, evidently not cleaned after the previous trip. The captain's behavior was unprofessional, navigating the boat recklessly over the waves, causing items to topple and forcing guests to hold on for dear life to maintain their balance. To make matters worse, we learned that the boat did not belong to Xtreme Yachts; they had subleased it from another unreliable company, Black Berry Boat, meaning they had no control over its management or operation. When we requested a refund, representatives of Xtreme Yacht - Rachel and Ahmed went silent and stopped responding to our emails. Furthermore, they lack a valid trade license and seem to be operating unethically. We strongly advise against booking from this company; you could find yourself in a similar predicament.
