Professional guide highly recommended - Mustafa is an excellent guide. Very professional, very knowledgeable, speaks Arabic, English and fluent Hebrew, patient and has a sense of humor. He guided us for a whole day and we enjoyed every moment with him. Highly recommended.

Beautiful sights to see - Our driver Rijad contacted us by WhatsApp which was great, all arrangements were made prior to our arrival. He was a little late (10 mins) but we still got all of our time plus he dropped us off at our next tour! He was fun, informative and was just excited to take us all over Dubai to see all the wonderful sights. He even got us on one of the palm leafs, that was definitely a highlight. We were comfortable, he got us water, he carried our bags - a gentleman for sure.

Great Private tour with Rijad! - We had a great day tour of Dubai with Rijad! We opted for a private full day tour visiting the old souks as well as the modern marvels! Rijad was wonderful - on time for our hotel pickup, educated, kind, accommodating, and passionate about his work. We learned so much and enjoyed our day! Thanks Rijad!

We Got LUCKY! - We got luck to find Rajad and have him as our tour guide. Great time, fun, informative, flexible. Ask for him for a fabulous city tour.

Over the creek - The creek ride to the Souks and the attention of the guide was excellent Shopping advice and options galore. Attention for my physically challenged guests was considerable and deeply appreciated.

Very exciting and beautiful city with some room for improvement for the tour operator - In the Viator description, a 4WD car was mentioned, before starting, the office wanted to have 100 USD extra charge for a 4WD. After resolving this, the originally 6 h tour was reduced to 4 h together with 50 USD extra charge per hour. The driver was very friendly and competent but we advised to stop the tour after 4 h to avoid extra charges. Also for ~ 1h out of the 4 h was spent just for shopping (gold, herpes), even if we had mentioned before that we just want "look". Excitng city but some room for improvement for the tour operator.

Your in Dubai - Nice to have a customized trip around the city. Our “guide” was more of a driver, not a tour guide. He did not give us historical information about the sites.

Communication with the... - Communication with the guide was difficult and too much upselling during the tour and for future tours.

Our tour was booked at 8... - Our tour was booked at 8 the company messaged mme at midnight asking for extra for a 4x4 even though that was wat is advertised. We paid double for this. Visitor we would like a refund. Trip not as described

Would Not Recommend - We had booked a 4 hour tour with the option of additional hours. The tour was so bad we asked to be taken to the hotel after 3 1/2 hours. No communication on what was happening. After being picked up at the port 30 mins after our scheduled pick up time we were taken to the palace and then driven down to Dubai creek for a ferry ride across the creek. Since there was no parking we were dropped off by the ferry and waited 15 mins for our guide to return. We rode the ferry which was very interesting then were completely rushed through the market on the other side of the creek to take the ferry back across. Then we were off to the spice and gold market where we were again pushed through so quick we could not even look at anything. at the end the gold market the guide asked us to wait a minute, he disappeared for about 15 minutes while we were just hanging around in one spot, he walked us back to the beginning of the market and asked us to wait 10 minutes while he got the car. He returned 50 minutes later to pick us up. Once in the car he drove by and pointed out where the car was parked which was less than a 5 minute walk. That was the end of our tour. When the guide dropped us off he mentioned that he wished he had had time to show us some property because his main job was in real estate and he know we had vacation rentals in the state [despite the fact we told him at least 10 times we were not interested in purchasing property over seas.] He insisted if we saw something we would change our mind.
