Waves and Fun - It was all thrills and fun. The 3 man crew were amazing. The 2 hour ride was adventurous and fun. We enjoyed our time and the few minutes of wavy turbulence at some point. Overall, I'd do it all over again. The crew was very friendly and professional.

Amazing sunset views - Absolutely amazing and the sunset was breathtaking.
The yacht was so clean and the captain and his team were very attentive. Will def sail on this yacht again!
4pm to 6pm cruise is great for sunset experience x

Amazing yacht experience in Dubai - The luxury yacht cruise was an unforgettable experience! The yacht was beautiful and well-appointed, the staff were attentive and the food was top-notch. The views of the coastline were breathtaking and it was the perfect way to spend a special occasion.

Perfect yacht trip! - Genuinely perfect tour. Would 100% recommend to all. We booked 9am -10am and this was the perfect timing. At this time Dubai was very quiet on the water and not too hot (despite being the last week in July). We had a tour through the canals and took amazing pictures. Our crew were so welcoming as well. Genuinely a fantastic experience. Thank you!

Great! - The Yacht was great and the staff were awesome! We arrived late but they were gracious enough to give us the entire tour! Soft drinks were provided and the Marina views were great from the Yatch! Highly recommended!

Lovely yacht experience - The captain and crew were lovely on this Yacht. Unfortunately, we arrived late due to the taxi dropping us in the incorrect location however the captain and crew were very understanding and accommodating for us which was much appreciated. We had a one hour trip around the marina and JBR with stunning views and a nice relaxing sail Through the local area. The staff on board offered us some drinks and allowed us to play our music through this because which was nice. Overall, a lovely chilled relaxed experience😊

More details needed - Was a lovely boat trip but we missed 1/2 hrs as the instructions were not clear no one meet us at the wharf no one talking and telling us anything

Avoid - shocking experience - Pre-cursor to this review: we approached Viator regarding our issues requesting a partial or full refund. They chose to fib us off with literally lies from the local supplier.
This trip was my special treat for my wife’s 40th birthday . The treatment we received and the trip was an utter disgrace. The lies the local company fed back to the complaint I raised through Viator was borderline embarrassing. The local company didn’t even give me the courtesy of responding.
Our advice would be to AVOID at all costs using this company.
Our experience is explained below;
I feel the inclination to voice my displeasure at our experience with you today that I booked through Viator.
This trip / experience was my special treat for my wife and it was far from the experience we thought we were getting
1) you never confirmed the meet details ( I chased them)
2) the details were incorrect on arrival
3) left stranded at security in the blazing sun for 30 minutes was not the start we wanted - this caused a lot of stress , while the your operator was trying to locate the missing captain - this was not due to construction works at all which is what they made up in response
4) Random guy arrives, we were then directed to a new boat / location without a proper explanation (totally different to the booking confirmation)
5) when we entered the boat, it was not prepared or ready, none of the crew introduced themselves or made us feel welcome , it was all rushed and not very pleasant
6) NONE of the pre-booked extras were present - this was REALLY important to me to make the most of the trip . We had no birthday treat, no lunch and we brought no snacks. We also didn’t receive any of the snacks which were deemed to be included either
7) we departed 20 minutes late but yet magically arrive back at 12:58 so our tour was cut by 22 minutes (under no fault of our own) Viator seem to think it’s acceptable that your trip ends that early - ITS REALLY NOT
8) The captain was quite rude and dismissive which made us feel uncomfortable
Overall I am left feeling very angry by this experience and I AM NOT impressed. My wife’s birthday treat was in the end stressful and a bit rubbish.
Do not use this company in our experience- I am actually devastated that this experience ruined our stay.
