Great fun with an amazing guide! - Nawaz was a great guide, very informative and friendly to chat with throughout the whole experience. YOu can tell he's been doing this for decades, he really knows how to make guests feel at ease. Loved the experience and would highly recommend.

Good but could have been better - We pre booked this tour on line before arriving in Ras Al Khaimah, Our booking confirmation stated a 9am pick up from our hotel, we decided to double check with the company the day before the tour and were told it would be 12 noon… good thing we had checked! We handed over printed paperwork of the expected days events to the driver when we first got into the car who seemed mystified and spent most of his time on his phone on the journey to Dubai to his office speaking someone regarding the day. At one point he said we were going to meet our tour guide but then he stayed as our guide for the day, there seemed to be a lot of confusion. We were picked up on time in a lovely comfortable air conditioned car. It took us 90 mins to get into Dubai, first a whistle stop tour of the souks and the Dubai creek. Our English speaking Driver/Guide was polite, enthusiastic and friendly but we did have some trouble understanding his accent. It would have been nice to learn something about the places we were visiting but found it hard to understand the guide. We were then driven through more traffic to Jumeriah Beach to take a Photo of the Burj Al Arab. The next stop was on the Palm Island with photo stops at Atlantis Hotel and the Dubai Marina. Next was the Aquarium in the Dubai mall then we had tickets for the Burj Khalif, missing the fountains display due to the queues for the lifts up and back down the Burj Khalif. We felt we spent a lot of time in the car driving from one place to the next and hurried from one attraction to the next. No time was given to get something to eat, We got 1 bottle of water each for the whole day. We picked up a sandwich and a coffee ourselves in the Dubai Mall in between attractions at 6.30pm, having had nothing since breakfast. We paid a lot of money for this tour and it didn’t seem very well organised, although we did see all the sights we didn't enjoyed them as much as we could have due to being rushed around. We don’t feel the itinerary given is achievable in 10 hours due to the journey from RAK and the general traffic, we spent very little time at each attraction and no time given to have even a coffee or something to eat.

Disgraceful treatment and customer service total lack of contact - Worst experience ever through this company we booked an all day V.I.P. Private tour of Dubai including Dubai mall aquarium entry and entrance to the burj Khalifa 124/125 floors. On the morning of the excursion we were at the pick up point 15 minutes earlier than the 9am pick up that was arranged. At 09:30am I attempted to make contact using the contact information on the booking confirmation to no avail after scrolling and reading all of my correspondence I found out that the tour operator in Dubai myholidayadventures do not open until 10am. So straight away your having to wait one after after your pick up time to even attempt to speak to anybody. At exactly 10am both myself and the hotel reception staff were repeatedly attempting to contact the tour operator to no avail. As you can see by the pics iv added to the review I attempted tii on make contact by telephone and the live chat link on the website again to no avail. Eventually at around 10:40 I managed to get through to VIATOR a supposed trip advisor company. This is who we made the actually booking through as you can imagine I was quite annoyed at the situation as this was supposed to be the highlight of our trip. The gentlemen I spoke didn’t seem to be very understanding of the disappointment myself my wife and 8 year old daughter were feeling and was giving quite some cocky attitude over the phone. I have requested a refund which is now under review. In addition to this the calls I made to VIATOR have cost me £81 I’m still waiting on a decision if I get my refund and to not disappoint my family had to pay for the excursion again at tour operator in the hotel so paid out another £680 so I didn’t disappoint my family and ruin their holiday. Let’s hope VIATOR/TRIPADVISOR do the morally correct thing and re imburse me for the no show excursion and also sone compensation to pay the £81 telephone bill to contact them during this nightmare of an experience. TIP TO ANYBODY PLANNING THESE EXCURISIONS DO IT ALL ON LOVATION ITSTHE SAMEPROCE AND YOU DEAL WOTH PEOPLE FACE TO FACE TRYST ME MY FAMILY AND I HAVE LEARNED THE HARD WAY !!!!!!

Don’t book anything with My Holiday Adventures! - This trip did not happen, I messaged them, try to call them. Number is invalid. Do not book with My Holiday Adventures. This was my 2nd trip what I booked with this company, I booked 1st trip the same day as this one and unfortunately both trips did not happen. So dissatisfied and disappointed.

BE AWARE - Arranged paid for told to be ready for 9 am very excited a bit pricey but a treat for my wife and I no show no explanation phoned driver phone off phoned tour operator so unhelpful and rude. Told money may not be returned I will have to wait and see my wife and I had day ruined and now where’s my money? Gave 1 star because no option to give 0
