Show ok. Unclean place. Bad food - The food was ok, but too spicy, not for kids and for people.do not like spice (no options). Place unclean and the ladies restroom without paper. The show was good but not exceptional. The place very old, for example the chairs not cleaned enough. Drinks only a similar to coke. No water nor dessert. Please consider other optiions.

Worst experience ever - Hi
This is the worst experience I have ever see in cruise,
First the cruise agent send in the Whatsup is different and the practical when we go there cruise is different,
Second the menu he send me is different when we go there is different food is smelly and all is tasteless very bad
Third it’s a worst experience for us no hygiene, and the menu u send me is different, and the food is very bad and smelly and nothing like the menu he send us
Third he is cheating for us just for this small money I had my important guest and it’s my son birthday which I already informed him,
If he really need this money I can give him in like that only, but atleast don’t cheat the people for small money,.

Don't book this as a tourist - The service and food was absolutely terrible, plastic cutlery and cups. The boat is very old and dirty . Needs major updates. I would not go on this again

Very disappointed - Not clean, the service was very slow and boring and the waiter not at all helpful or even friendlyAnd everything that is offered is not given, you are entitled to juice and water nothing else.

Americans tourists got scammed in dinner cruise - I was scammed by the sale agent and your operator. I ask for Marina dinner cruise and I pay $380. For it . But unfortunately they sent me to one and half hour away ride to cruise cost only $13 a person. And I and my Americans family refused to take the cruise because wasn’t the one I asked for. And your operator will not answer my calls but only send me voicemail. We are staying on the Palm Jumeirah just next to the Marina and I told your agent that. The taxi driver told us we pay way too much for the cruise the one you sent us to. I think tomorrow Monday I am going to call to report my bad experience with you. But I am going to go to the marina and book dinner cruise for my family because my two grandsons really get upset and we still want to go on the cruise next Saturday night. Thank you Riad

Worst Experience - I booked the trip through Trip Advisor and messaged the company if they could pick up us at the hotel. In the morning I received a message from some saying they are the driver and share the location which I did. I asked what time was the pick up on four separate occasions and the driver said let you know shortly. At 6:00 pm I received a message from him pick up at 6.45 and with in minutes three other drivers texting me saying they are downstairs to pick us up. This was one of the worst experiences I had traveling anywhere. Very frustrating!
