Desert Safari was very well arranged - Thank you Zohaib and team for making our desert safari experience an unforgettable one. From the time of pickup to desert dune bashing, to the shows and drop back was exceptionally arranged and well taken care of. Thank you Zohaib for your calm and accommodative nature.

Very Disappointing - Cruise was late leaving. The food was poor. It was cold and the dishes were not labelled so didn’t know what anything was. Initially the entertainment was ok but went downhill rapidly. It certainly wasn’t a 5 star experience.

Just terrible! - We booked a dhow ride on New Year's Eve with 5 star catering and a table for 4 people. Unfortunately, the boat trip was terrible. Poorly organized, a single mess. This led to great dissatisfaction among visitors. Unfortunately, the table of 4 we booked was not available. The food was below average and drinks were only brought after a 3 hour wait. There was no coffee or tea. All in all, the ride was just overpriced and completely unpleasant! I wouldn't recommend it to anyone!

The restaurant star ratings are just names; the services are very cheap, the food is poor quality, and the management is cheap. There was no entertainment to speak of. completely waste of money

False advertising with no communication - Shocking - a disaster from start to finish. Communication from company meant 2 hours of sleuthing on internet trying to speak to them. Eventually on boat at 20.30. Still hadn’t left at 21.30 that’s when we were presented with food that looked like slops - we left - £119.50 for a glass of mango juice. Oh, and we payed for hotel pick up as per website - we walked to boat Rip off - don’t do it.

horrible experience - We were excited to go on our so called “vip premium experience”. When we go on to the boat there was no sign of a vip experience anywhere. The boat was supposed to leave at 9pm and it didn’t leave until 9:20pm because we had to wait on people running late, and if that wasn’t enough there was even a smaller boat that brought more people out when we had already left which totally delayed and wasted time of our experience. We got a bottle of water upon entry and the only other drink available for the full 2 hours was cheap full fat cola. The tables had a cheap plastic cover over them which looked and felt dirty. When it came to mealtime it was announced multiple times that they would call us table at a time to get our dinner, but to our surprise we looked at the buffet and there was a mass crowd of people pushing each other to get the food. By the time there was actually space to go and get food there was barely anything left for choice leaving 3/4 of our party to not eat at all for this 2 hour cruise. The food was not a great selection at all and looked like a dogs dinner. Any issues that we had during this cruise we could not address to anyone because you couldn’t actually tell who was staff as they had no uniform at all. The table that we got sat at had some sort of fan behind it blowing hot air and was very unpleasant to sit infront of. The volume of the music was far too loud and the entertainment was very poor. There was a photographer on board and when he came to show us our printed out pictures they were very low quality. The photographer was very rude when we didn’t want to purchase any and snatched the photos out of our hands. For what was meant to be a very good night out planned on the RustaR experience it was very disappointing and a waste of money. If i could leave a 0 star rating i would.
