Super fancy boat sunset cruise - I went for a sunset experience with xclusiv yacht and it was a unbelievable great experience. All staff members are so welcoming, the food super delicious, cocktails, champagne and shisha available. If you are looking for a fancy place to go highly recommended for sure! Thank you a lot for this breathtaking sunset experience

You need to do this!! - Although the road to harbour was closed, the communication was with staff was easy. Amazing food and super friendly staff. They did a little surprise for my wife’s birthday. We had an amazing sundowner

Best experience - It was an unforgettable experience—absolutely flawless from start to finish! A 10/10, highly recommended. If you’re visiting Dubai , booking with them is a must. Their professionalism and attention to detail made everything seamless, and the sushi selection, along with the entire menu, was simply exquisite.

Birthday trip - First rate experience from the minute we checked in to the minute we left. The crew were fantastic as was the food, drinks and the music. The yacht was exceptionally clean and well maintained. Set off out of the harbour and stopped so people could enjoy a swim, then food was served which was freshly made and there were also platters of chicken and lamb skewers served around the yacht.
Would I do this trip again ? Without a doubt.
Well done to all the staff for making it a memorable trip.

Must do luxury yacht experience! - Well worth every penny! Incredible service by our personal host Anita and fantastic cocktails, sushi and other food. Also the boat is so comfortable to spend time on. And the views by night are tremendous. True luxury!

SunSeeker Experience - The Xclusive Yacht team offers excellent service, in addition to the Encore! A great experience. However, managing food can be a bit complex, as 30 people seek to maximize their experience by monopolizing the bar and meals.

Beautiful cruise- zero safety...do at your own risk! - Fantastic boat- beautiful cruise overall .
However, Zero care for safety....we were given slip ons (ones in hotels) - I slipped in the bathroom and sustained a muscle injury....literally another man slipped in the bathroom while I was lying on the bed waiting for the medics. I am sure the staff will blame alcohol. However, I had only 2 glasses of mixers and wasn't drunk. It was the wrong choice of footwear and there was no antislip matt in the bathroom (easy fix) - the toilet was also a step up. In the end - no one even had the decency to follow up- All in all- it speaks volumes of the safety standards in general.

False advertising, overcrowded yacht, poor food, shortened route with no refund—overall, a disappointing experience. Wou - Terrible Experience – Not Worth the Money
I booked a private yacht dinner experience expecting an intimate and exclusive evening with a few other couples, but what we got was far from it. We were put on a large yacht crammed with many people, completely ruining the private and serene atmosphere we were promised.
To make matters worse, the organizers shortened the route due to high tides, which I understand for safety reasons, but no partial refund or compensation was offered despite the significantly altered experience. The food was below average, far from the gourmet quality we were led to believe. It was bland, poorly presented, and lacked variety.
Overall, the experience was a huge disappointment. We felt misled by the false advertising and unprofessional handling of the situation. I wouldn’t recommend this service to anyone seeking a quality yacht experience.
