As this is a private service, the pickup will commence from the guest’s specified location and time. The driver will arrive at your location 15 minutes before the scheduled pickup. After picking you up from your hotel, the route to Dubai Mall will be via Sheikh Zayed Road, and you will be dropped off at the tourist bus parking area if you wish to visit Dubai Mall for shopping, the aquarium, the fountain show, or the Burj Khalifa entrance. The walk from the tourist bus parking to the Dubai Mall Aquarium is approximately 5 minutes, and to the Burj Khalifa entrance and fountain show is about 10 minutes.
The tourist bus parking at Dubai Mall is designated for the mentioned attractions, and the driver will pick you up from the same spot for your return trip at your specified time. Note that the bus cannot stay in the tourist pick-and-drop location for more than 10 minutes, so the driver will drop you off and wait in a designated area for large buses. When you are ready to return to your hotel, please inform the driver 30 minutes in advance.
If you wish to dine at the lounge in Dubai Mall, the vehicle will drop you off in front of The Palace Hotel, and the return pickup will be from the same location. For a sky dinner, you will be dropped off and picked up at the Sky View Hotel.
Please note that there are no extra charges for additional hours as the prices cover two-way transfers. You can spend more time at your destination, but you must inform us of your return time.
