- Luggage Restrictions: Large items such as skis, surfboards, wheelchairs (excluding foldable) & golf bags are not permitted under any circumstances. Likewise, any excessive luggage requirements of more than airline standard of 1 suitcase and one carry on per passenger should be checked with Airport Transfers at time of booking.

No Stress to the Airport - priceless - Driver was ON TIME picking us up and delivered us ON TIME to the airport safely with zero stress. When traveling with a large group the last thing you want to worry about is getting around the city to the airport. Don't hassle with a cab who won't show up or an Uber who decides five minutes ahead they dont want to pick you up. This was the best thing I had for our trip. Please tip your driver!

My ride back to Dublin Apt. from easyHotel Dublin City Centre - I enjoyed the drive back to Dublin airport from my hotel. The driver, Kevin, was on time to pick me up. We discussed many things regarding the places that I visited while in Ireland. He also gave me some ideas for doing a genealogy search of my Irish ancestors, as well. Finally, he also pointed out this funny sign at a pub that we passed!

Nice way to end our wonderful trip to Ireland - Our driver was like a tour guide on our trip to airport! It was extremely nice and very informative o parts of the city we had not been to and also answered questions on the country side for us!!

Excellent service - Timely communication regarding pickup time and location impressed that two sedans were sent for a family of five with three suitcases. Drivers were on time and delivered us to the airport with plenty of time. I would definitely use Viator again!

Driver was on time, but didn't want to handle our luggage - The driver was on time but he didn't want to handle our luggage. When we arrived at the airport, we had to retrieve our own luggage from his trunk.

Not what we expected but it worked out - Don't like that they don't confirm the day before. Also it was two taxis and they were kind of unaware of the whole set up (how many people and luggage) and it was a tight fit to the airport with luggage. We were expecting a van or something bigger but we did get to the airport ontime and the drivers were kind.

Book an Uber or Cab Yourself! - A private cab was sent to pick us up, which based on the meter. The fare was 1/3 of what we paid to pre-book. From a cost perspective I should have booked an uber or hailed a cab, it would have been cheaper. But what really made this trip memorable in a bad way, is even though when I booked I noted 6 adults with 6 suitcases. A 6 person car was sent, which meant we were literally sitting on on bags.
