Sippin' whiskey - We did the tour together during our break in Dublin and had a great time! Really enjoyed listening to the history of the whiskey in an Irish twang! Enjoyed our free drinks, but also enjoyed the little bar area afterwards to try some delicious cocktails!

Interesting tour and tasty drinks - We went on an approx. 45 minute tour which also included a whiskey tasting (we could taste and compare 3 types) and also a complimentary drink at the bar (the one with ginger beer was amazing!). The whole building is just very nicely designed, it`s worth coming only to the bar as well if you don`t want to take the tour. The tour itself was entertaining and informative, thanks to our great guide. Overall it was a really nice experience, would definitely recommend.

Nice marketing story - Basically a marketing story about whisky in general & Jameson in particular. The real distillery is in Middleton Co. Cork, so that is where the production is taking place. Bow St is the old location. Still points for the way they organized it, tour guide & look & feel of the place. If you want to see how it is made than go some other place (I liked Bushmill's in NI).

Great venue , impatient tour guide - Venue and bar options were great. Bar man on arrival was friendly and made 2 banging cocktails. We weren't directed where to go for the tour on arrival , meaning we were made to run downstairs to check in when the tour was about to start. The tour itself was very insightful but Erin the tour guide was very impatient and frequently said it was her last tour of the day , meaning she rushed through it and didn't allow people to enjoy or ask questions. Felt like being at school being told off by a teacher. Delivery very robotic and not engaging as it could have been. After the tour ended we went to get our free jamesons drink at the grog bar and when we engaged in conversation with the bar man he replied with 'I should have been home 30 minutes ago' , again making us feel unwelcome. I wanted to buy quite alot of merchandise from the shop , when I returned from the toilet after the tour the shop was closed and the bar too. We were not informed of this on arrival or by the tour guide. Pretty disappointing .

Never ever - The whole thing is purely a marketing tour. You only learn about the production steps through graphics and videos. Nothing is produced on site here. You have to know that. Tasting then in a rush process - 3 whiskies within a few minutes. Other distilleries can do that much better. I wouldn't book again. Very disappointing if you've ever looked at distilleries in Scotland.

NOT AN ACTUAL DISTILLERY TOUR - Went to Bow Street assuming i Will have a Distillery Tour. What we got was a Video Presentation in a closed room which i can see for Free on YouTube. got a free drink which is worth 25e , which otherwise you can buy a Liter of Jameson on the Street. I am surprised , to see so many good Reviews, but this is just a Tourist Trap to make Money . when i want to go to a Distillery tour , I am expecting to see the Process of Making Whiskies , Not a VIDEO TOUR . Save your Money , Go buy a Bottle of Whiskey Instead
