Great Irish folk music and stroll around Dublin! - Excellent, engaging and humorous tour with Dillon, our musical guide. He shared history and stories and sang Irish folk songs while playing guitar that were memorable and tuneful and that you won’t likely hear elsewhere. Big thumbs up!

Fantastic- Music and lyrics reveal Dublin’s social/political history - Ciarán was a superb guide- engaging, fun and informative; the stories of Dublin and its communities were fascinating. A fantastic tour that includes excellent history/social background of Dublin, told by reference to- and singing of- songs, literature and language. Tour visits sights that are less obvious or with an alternative interpretation to events, people and locations. Highly recommended!

History and Musical History Intertwined - I met Sean and we spent two hours walking around historic old Dublin. He played mandolin and sang in Gaelic & English. I learned a lot of history, and the history of the music scene. I didn't know that James Joyce wrote songs, or that Swift not only wrote satire, but was renowned as a preacher who would put you to sleep. Sean made it all come alive. Plus, he had a list of the best places to catch live music.

Great Tour of Dublin in Words and Music - Ciaran was an amazing guide. Full of information and humor. And he had knowledge of and sung an eclectic and varied mix of Irish music that reinforced the information he shared. Never a dull moment. What a great tour, and what a terrific tour guide. Highly highly recommended.

A journey through time with song and discussion - A delightful trip through time with a talented guide and entertainer. We had nine different stops with serenades and a short history and cultral discussion at each venue. This was a great way to see some of the backstreets of Dublin.

Missed the Music! - Well we missed the Irish music tour. Evidently there were 2 different tours meeting there. We never heard anyone ask or split them out between the two groups so we ended up on the historical walk waiting for the music! The guide was very knowledgeable but we couldn’t understand or hear all he was saying. The group was about 21 people so it was hard to hear and so much street noise.
