Guinness Tour - This was a great experience! Self tour that guides you through the entire process and history of Guinness. Worth the trip!

Lot of fun, lots of info, and great way to see the city - This was the highlight of our trip. Our tour guide, darn, don’t remember his name but he had lovely red hair, was so much fun and so lively. It was such a great way to take in as much as we could for a short stay in a big city.

Bryan the driver - Lovely visit of Dublin at night with Bryan. Bryan is kind and does the visit in a nice way. I don’t advise Isa to get the Guinness Storehouse and the big bus ticket at the same time. So all times, we were told that our ticket had already been redeemed so it’s not a good idea to combine it the two.

a nice experience overall. - i always like the hop-on, hop-off experience in a historical city...i had taken the tour before, but wanted my husband to appreciate dublin, so went again with him. we lucked out with great weather. johnny was our favorite tour guide. i have two issues only: i wish the bus drivers/guides would let people on who already have tickets. we had to stand and wait for long periods of time both days while people went ahead of us buying tickets on the bus, and getting all the explanations, etc. also, groups would get on and go upstairs and carry on very loud conversations so that we could not even hear the driver/tour guide! we had to keep moving around the bus just to hear. wish the driver would repeat each stop that people need to be quiet.

The bus tour itself was... - The bus tour itself was very informative and our first driver (Jerry) was very entertaining. It was wonderful to be able to hop on and off when we wanted. The only aspect that I was not happy with was that the tickets stated 'fast track' into the Guinness Storehouse, but when we arrived, we were told by staff at the entrance that they did not do 'fast track' and when I showed her the ticket stating 'fast track', she stated it was false advertising.

Happy I picked this attraction! It made me really appreciate the city. - If you have a short time in Dublin, this is a great way to look around and learn about the city and of course, have a lovely Guinness--really enjoyed the factory tour and view. A few things: --The audio jacks for headphones didn't seem to be working (maybe they were only for pre-recorded foreign languages?), so it was hard to hear the driver as I had chosen an outside/upstairs seat. --I was glad I brought a light rain jacket, there was 0% chance rain predicted but we were treated to a big shower! (Luckily brief.) --My bus on the way back from the factory had a live guide in Spanish! So it'd be great if one could easily tell if there is a special language at certain times. --Lastly, I couldn't find this info anywhere, but the bus from the city center to the factory was about 50 min. Therefore if you have your Guinness entrance at a certain time, subtract from that. I had never done a hop-off/hop-on bus and would definitely do it again. Actually I wished I had gotten the 2-day version because it would have been convenient and was not much more money, but now I know. :D

Storehouse was okay, Bus was easy, although late at times, like most in Ireland. - Tour was okay, although a little disappointed, were hoping for a live guide or at least a headset with a recording. Although raining nice view of city in bar area, may have just headed there instead next time.
