The cocktail after the run through Dublin - Isac was our guide. With a glass of cocktail in my hand I’m thinking how to describe the past wonderful hour we’ve spent here. His smile, positivity, openness, kindness, fine sense of humor and passion for the topic he was sharing with us resembles the description of the magnificent drink on my table right now very closely. Amaizing.

A bit of history, tour through the distillery and tasting and making our own cocktails - it was an amaizing experience! - It was an amaizing tour and experience. The guide Isaac was the best guide ever. Really fun and made the experience forever memorable. 10 out of 10✨

10/10 - great experience! - Very fun experience! Interesting to learn how Irish whiskey is made differently from other whisky’s. If you take the opportunity to do the Roe & Co experience I hope your guide is Isaac, he was great!

Fascinating & fun tour of a local distillery + make your own cocktail! - Our guide and host was absolutely wonderful. Made the tour fun and informative. The part where we got to make our own cocktail was so fun after going through different flavour profiles and figuring out what we would enjoy. The drink at the end of the tour was also wonderful. I enjoyed both whiskey drinks thoroughly (even as a non-whiskey drinker). It changed my view on whiskey and learning the process of creation and some of the history was really interesting. Staff were all wonderful, facilities are great and the gift shop was super cute!

Tasty Irish history - So much fun. Learned a lot about Whisky in Ireland as well as Roe and Co. Briana was a wonderful guide. Love that we could try our hand at making cocktails.
