Great tour, and at a time where you get the city to yourself - First time I was in Dubrovnik, and wanted to see and do as much as I could, but avoiding anything Game of Thrones related. I had done a war tour earlier in the day, and this tour was at a time when I was free and seemed compact enough that it covered the rest of the history of the city. Once you are in the walls of the city, Dubrovnik is not all that big a city, and yet in this 1.5 hour tour you seem to cover a lot of ground. Our guide for the tour was Daniella (sorry if I spelled or picked that up wrong) and she was excellent, with lots of great facts and insight into the history of the city. Also full of great recommendations of what to do in your free time. The main bonus of this tour though is that it takes place at a time when all the groups from the cruise ships in the city have gone back to their ship, so you have the city to yourself and can move around in ease. Highly recommend this tour!

Informative, enjoyable, and introspective. - It was quite relaxing as the sunset and the city streets emptied out some. Daniela was wonderful. Very knowledgeable and informative. Extremely personable. Had great local insight.

5 star tour - Mikhaila provided a very good summary of the history of Dubrovnik and her English language skills were excellent. A night time tour is a great way to avoid the crowds and see the sights illuminated showing off their best features.

Walking tour. Not too deep - I thought this walking tour was moderately interesting. All we pretty much did was walk around town. We didn’t enter any buildings, we didn’t learn all that much about the place either. The most interesting part was our tour guides, personal experience of the short war at the beginning of the 90s.

Great way to familiarise yourself with the Old Town and Dubrovnik’s history - Our tour guide was unwell, so her colleague took our small group on a tour of Dubrovnik’s Old Town. We had only arrived the day before, so I looked forward to being shown around Old Town, which can be quite overwhelming when you first arrive due to the sheer number of tourists. Our guide was a lovely young woman (I did not catch her name) who was full of enthusiasm and interesting information on the Old Town, Dubrovnik and Croatia. We did have difficulty hearing everything she said due to background noise, her accent and she spoke quickly, but we got the overall gist. A good way to familiarise yourself with the old Town. Also, it is much cooler in the evening - the days are very hot & humid here in August, so a night tour is much more preferable.

Just okay - This walking tour was okay. Absolutely better to do it at night as the day time heat would have melted us. Our guide did share several interesting facts, but his delivery and engagement with the group left a lot of room for improvement. We had a super duper fabulous walking tour in Split a few days prior that left us feeling interested to do and learn so much more throughout the city, so this one felt like a let down when all the members of our family, teens and adults, were happy when it wrapped up. We were definitely not left wanting more.

Walking night tour - Unfortunately due to guide shortages 2 groups had to be combined into one large group - the radio communication failed & the guide had to try & speak loudly. We gave up after 10 mins because we could not hear. We asked if we could be included in tonight’s tour & this was agreed. Hopefully this will happen as we only have verbal confirmation.

Tour guide no-showed - The tour guide never showed up for the tour. Still fighting to get a refund. Might have been an honest mistake on their part, but it’s very unprofessional.
