Every tourist should not miss the opportunity to traverse the city walls of Dubrovnik. This exquisitely preserved fortified city is encircled by walls and ramparts built over various era. At some points reaching a depth of six meters, the walls are interspersed with fortresses facing both the sea and the mainland. Note: The tour price does not include the city wall’s entrance fee. You may want to consider the Dubrovnik Pass during your visit because it covers the entrance fees to many sites, including the city wall.

Fantastic experience - Fabulous tour, early session was well worth it as it can get crowded after 10.am so we got to walk and view at a nice pace and take it all in.. Fantastic guide who gave so much information about this incredible place. Absolutely recommended

Great guide, great tour. - Davor is a fantastic guide. He made history come alive with his engaging stories, and he was so knowledgeable and passionate about his country. He also has a great sense of humour that kept us all laughing. He was very kind and patient with me having problems with stairs and slowing down the group, and when I slipped near the end when it started to rain. He also gave me a great recommendation for lunch nearby. One of the best tour guides, and I am so glad I did this tour with him. I’m not sure another guide would have been half as much fun. I learned so much and loved the whole experience.

Fascinating City Wall Walk - Davor, our guide, (the handsome Croatian one, not the German one) was terrific. He was full of facts and wonderful little pieces of information throughout the walk. We had a terrific time and learned a lot.

Walking the Medieval Walls - A Singular Experience! - I took the sunset (5pm) tour and it was such a great choice. The stairs can be a beast, so doing it as the sun is going down (April) was a great time to do it (not as hot, light casts a beautiful shadow then). Our guide knew a lot of history and was able to answer a lot of ad hoc questions. It takes a full two hours and is a really great way to see Old Town. I was actually glad to not have also done the Old Town tour, as this was more than enough history for my brain to take in (and my guess is, if you have time for only one of the two tours, this is definitely the one to do - the medieval experience is in walking the walls). Highly recommend!

Great tour around the city walls!!! - Ivo our guide was very knowledgeable and generously shared lots of information/stories about the city’s history.
There was only two of us, so we felt very lucky to have a guide for just us. There was plenty of opportunities to ask questions, it was also great to learn about life now in the city, as well as the history of it.
We would strongly recommend the tour.

Great private tour - I really appreciated Davor taking me on this tour; as I was the only one on the tour I thought he would cancel. He gave me lots of history but made it interesting, as well as providing insight into the way Croatia is today. The views from the walls are gorgeous, showing all aspects of the old town.
