We commence our journey from Pile Bay, a tiny harbor under the St. Lawrence fort (known to Game of Thrones fans as Blackwater Bay). Fear not if you are a kayaking novice, we provide comprehensive briefing before embarking. As we paddle around Lokrum Island, you’ll witness the breathtaking beauty of the Adriatic Sea. Frequent rest stops along the way give the guides an opportunity to share tales of Dubrovnik Republic’s history, the fight for independence, the city walls, and more. At some point, we’ll pause at Betina cave for half an hour, which offers you a chance to use the snorkeling equipment and explore the marine life beneath the sea surface.
