First when we come there, you will have a short walking tour with a local guide and after the tour free time to visit the place on your own and to enjoy local meals. From Mostar we travel back to Dubrovnik, and our day trip ends with complimentary drop off at your pick up location.
Return to Dubrovnik following a short break and another opportunity to enjoy Turkish coffee (own expense).

Wonderful trip to Bosnia. - Mostar is a beautiful old town with lovely buildings and cobble streets. We thoroughly enjoyed the visit despite the torrential rain which luckily dried up by lunchtime. The trip to the Kravice waterfalls was amazing and the sun was shining.

Awesome day - Amazing day! Timing was perfect did not feel like a super long day with lots of driving. The walking tour in Mostar was super informative and interesting. The additional information on the bus was also a nice touch. Bosnia and Herzegovina is such a unique country, completely different to Croatia despite the proximity. Would highly recommend this as a day trip!

Great tour - Great tour guide and driver. Loved Mostar’s old city, unique gifts, and visiting the merchant’s home. Waterfalls were beautiful - wish we’d brought our suits. The only thing better would have been an hour more in Mostar so we could have time for lunch & another 30’mins at the waterfall to swim.

Ivanka from Grayline tours is the best guide - We went with grayline tour operator in Split.
Our tour guide Ivanka from Trogir was the best ever;a wonderful,caring and genuine human being who looked after each and every one of us,kept us entertained and knew the facts of each place visited very well.
Her presence made the trip memorable.
Only downside is I wish we had more time than the 40minutes we had in the little village of Pocitelj which was so pretty 🥰

A wonderful trip - This was a great day trip from Dubrovnik. The air conditioned bus was very comfortable but a little cramped when full. The guide and driver were excellent. I can’t remember our guide’s name, unfortunately but I just say that the energy she invested in the experience was to be commended. Mostar was so worth the trip but the waterfalls could have been left out. I’m sure lots of people loved this element but I’ve seen a lot of waterfalls, so it is lost on me as an activity.

12 hour day trip. - A generous 4, thanks to guide Carmella’s informative commentary. Long day and drive. Mostar was interesting, and crowded off season - tour guide said it was pretty rough in high season. The falls were pretty, but the one hour stop (with a good 5-10 minute walk down either stairs or a longer paved lane (and at least 10 min back up the steep stairway - (there is a tram car, but not on any schedule) doesn’t leave much time to change/swim/dress. Pretty, scenic drive up/down the coast before turning inland.to the Bosnian border.

Nice places to visit but much too long on a bus! - Both Mostar and Kravice waterfalls are great places to visit. However this ends up as a 12 hour day trip with just a total of 4 hours spent at the locations. You have to stop at the border for passports to be checked on both the outward and inward journey. Our experience was OK but there's the potential for a very long wait here. Mostar is a very pretty old town with cobbled streets and lots of shops and restaurants. The main attraction is the bridge where, if you wait long enough, you get to see the guys jumping into the river. They ask for donations from the tourists and only jump once they have 50 euros (each). It's fun to watch but could be a long wait if the donations aren't forthcoming!! We had 3 hours in Mostar which is probably a bit too long as we then only had 1 hour at the waterfalls. That's very little time to enjoy the views and have a swim before walking back to the bus. Viator maybe needs to review these timings to make it a more enjoyable experience.

no reasonable time for any errors to occur - No (reasonable) time reserved for customers error. I accept my error but I don’t think that a 5-8 minute drive to pick me up would have been impossible. I was told that it would take 10-15 minutes walking to get to the right location. I understand the operator tried to reach me but
I very little apps or data on my phone. anyways my main reason for this message is there
should be some reasonable time reserved for foreigner customer errors. In short I lose everything.
