Mid size group is the best - Carmella is an excellent guide - engaging and well informed. Having previously worked in service industry we appreciated how she collaboratively worked both with the group so that we had an enjoyable experience and in the background as changes were needed. After doing a larger tour group for another Croatia tour today we’d definitely recommend a 18 person tour group for this outing so that you have shorter waits at the border

Great Tour - A bit of a long day and the weather could have been better, but we both enjoyed the tour. Even at the end of the season Mostar was mad busy with tour groups. You could hardly stop to take a photo without being trampled. The waterfalls were amazing and would be a great place to spend a full day if the weather was good. The highlight of the tour was our charismatic and mercurial guide, Laura. She gave an excellent off the cuff explanation of the last 500 years of the local politics with some excellent insights. She also (nearly) kept her cool when the customs introduced an unexpected delay. Thanks Laura!

Really informative day out. Well worth doing - Really good day. Our guide, Kamila provided us with info throughout the day, breaking up the journey. Plenty of time in the coach (comfortable) but broken up well. Mostar was really interesting, a mixture of 15th and far more recent history. The waterfalls are amazing, though after the rain running quite high. All in all great day and definitely recommended as an excursion from Dubrovnik.

Would have been better if it was sunny - The trip was a VERY long day. About 13 hours in total. Getting through Bosnia/Croatia border took forever both ways so be prepared to sit on the bus in a queue for an hour or so. The guide was friendly but damn did she repeat herself!!! She said the same things 3 or 4 times. Mostar was pretty but we went in a day when it was thunderstorms and heavy rain so the cobbled streets and ceramic floor tiles were super slippy. It was way too overcrowded with bus trips and I ended up having a panic attack. It may be nicer when its warm and sunny but the narrow streets and way too many people made it hell on earth for people that struggle with crowds. It's an extra 10 euros entry for the waterfalls which I'm glad we didn't do as by the time we got there everything was closing (all the cafes and stalls) so nowhere to buy refreshments. Bosnia itself has beautiful scenery but the effects of the war 30 years ago are still very clear to see and everything we saw was very run down. Every 3rd house was either derelict or still under construction.

A long long day spent mostly on a bus - Unfortunately, I would not recommend this tour. You spend approximately 10 hours on the bus and about 4 hours off the bus. The weather was really bad (lightening and pouring rain). I think the tour company should have considered this and rebooked people on different days. Crossing the border was a long process. I will say Mostar and Kravice waterfall are great places to visit. However, you need more time. If I were to do it again, I would stay overnight somewhere.

Opportunity to enhance the experience - We recently embarked on a hopeful hour-long adventure from Mostar to the Kravice Waterfalls, excited for a refreshing swim. However, we faced some challenges along the way. The heat and humidity, combined with our 20-seater coach’s struggling air conditioning, made the journey quite uncomfortable. Upon arrival, we found that with only an hour to explore and the steep 150 steps down and back up, it was a bit of a workout for our heat-exhausted senior citizens. Additionally, we were surprised to see that the natural environment had been transformed into a commercial hub, which didn't align with our expectations. Despite these hiccups, we maintained a positive attitude, hoping that the beauty of the falls would still make our day worthwhile. We appreciate your efforts and hope this feedback can help enhance future experiences for guests.

Waste of time! - If you don’t mind sitting on an uncomfortable bus for 5 hours with a rude, disengaged driver who almost caused 3 accidents and definitely did not know the meaning of the stop sign, then this trip’s for you. The tour leader did provide some information as we drove, but there were many more opportunities to explain things as we drove. She did nothing with the group. Three hours in Mostar given the crowds provided only a limited overview of the history. The inclusion of the Turkish House was a complete waste of time as little information was given and there were too many tourists to get a feel for its significance. The trip to the falls was interesting for those who wanted to swim but other than that it was not of great value. It was picturesque but compared to other falls we’ve seen, it does not rank among the top sights to see. Don’t waste your time or money!
