Choose your own foodie adventure! No two tours are exactly alike, as each experience is customized to your personal tastes. Vegetarian, vegan, meat or seafood lover, adventurous or not so much, I will lead you to places that will delight and surprise your taste buds.
We’ll learn where Filipino food begins, touring a working farm that utilizes natural aquaponics techniques. You’ll experience unique Public Produce and Wet Markets with abundant meats, seafood and veggies along with tasty snacks while learning how locals choose a ripe mango. Along the way we’ll visit my curated selection of eateries, food stalls and restaurants serving the best Filipino dishes to sample.
Care for a drink? Our region boasts its own coffee forest where you can learn the growing and production process and taste the results. Learn the cultural heritage of tablea(processed cacao) and its role in Tsokolate(a chocolatey sauce used in some dishes). We even have a delicious Filipino-made German-style craft beer!

Contrasting with its Southeast Asian neighbors, many of the best versions of Filipino cuisine are not typically highlighted to newcomers for many reasons, including cultural, historical and differences in taste, both real and perceived.
Part of the challenge is the complexity of the Philippines itself. Ancient native dishes eaten hundreds of years before Europeans arrived coexist alongside a Spanish-infused culinary heritage, with European and American traditions and tastes and new contemporary fusions appearing every day.
Now a permanent resident of the Philippines via the foodie mecca of Los Angeles, California, come along with me to the heart of this noisy intersection of history, culture and taste to experience what few others do.
