- Powillimount Beach - The sessions last for 2 hours or more depending on group size.\nTo begin there is a short 5 minute walk along the beach from the car park to the rock cliff.\nWe will then have a safety brief then harness and helmet up then get climbing!\n\nThere is plenty of climbing routes up the cliff for all levels of difficulties. I’ll be…

I’ll be teaching some climbing moment and how to belay your partner up the wall safely. If you’re getting fatigue from climbing then I can set up guided abseil through the roof of the cave also. \n\nWhen the session is finished you’re more than welcome to bring along a picnic or BBQ and make the most of the beach and the stunning location with the family and friends. \n\nContact me on 07305 315305 first before booking to organise a time and day for the best weather.

Follow maps for Powillimount Beach and park in one of the spaces. Look for the white ford transit van with climbing equipment laying outside.

Fantastic family fun, do not miss out - Daniel was absolutely brilliant. His calm and confident approach allowed even the nervous group members to succeed. We had a large group with mixed abilities and this was handled very professionally to ensure that everyone got the most from the session. He was also very flexible to accommodate the unpredictable Scottish weather. Go ahead, book it now, you won't be disappointed.
P.S. the beach is lovely and you get some great views from the top looking across to the lake district.

Beachfront Rock Climbing & Abseiling - Brilliant taster session, fantastic setting, thoroughly enjoyed the climbing!
Daniel was an excellent coach, very relaxed and informative, helped us all climb way more than we thought we could 👍
Would absolutely recommend and I'm looking upthe options at climbing centres near me 😁

Fantastic family activity - Daniel was absolutely fantastic throughout making this such a fun family day for us all. As a group of teenagers and parents, we had a variety of abilities but Daniel managed to provide us all with a challenge enabling us all to push ourselves to succeed with his continual encouragement.
The setting was stunning on a beach made of shells. The perfect family activity made so enjoyable by Daniel.

Rock Climbing by the Sea - Dan provided an amazing experience, rock climbing on a natural cliff by the sea. There were a number of different difficulty levels to suit everyone. All with Dan’s expertise and tuition. All very safe but challenging. Great dogs too! I’d highly recommend to anyone.

Amazing Time - Daniel took our two teenagers climbing for their time ever today. They loved it. He explained everything really well and was excellent with them. Had an amazing few hours! Well worth it! Location is absolutely amazing!

Memorable day out - It's not often my teenage son agrees on a day out with his old dad (and the dog), but this was it.
Daniel really made this come together by being not just friendly, but relatable and encouraging to me and my son both climbing the rock faces.
After the the rock climbing with Daniel, we stayed at this little gem of a beach for a few more hours.

First Ever Rock Climbing Experience - A massive recommendation from us for Dan.
He took our 3 boys (aged 8-10) for their first ever rock climbing experience. He clearly knows every nook and cranny of the area and is passionate / massively experienced in climbing. Everything from start to finish was great and our boys now can’t wait to go again.

Fantastic experience at an attractive spot - Daniel explained everything, looked after us, and taught us some basics of rock climbing. We felt very safe. Attractive spot to do something different for a couple of hours. Really great fun!

Highlight of our holiday - The experience was amazing! We were a little apprehensive at first as we had never done it before but Dan had us all up giving it a go and guiding us through everything. He made us feel safe throughout. we also had a fire by the rock because it was cold and we even had a sauna! Definitely recommend to everyone, great time great price
