- Allans Beach - Allans Beach is one of the many wild, rugged, and stunning beaches on the Otago Peninsula. It is a habitat for New Zealand fur seals, New Zealand sea lions, and yellow-eyed penguins. Visitors are advised to stay at least 10 meters (33 ft) away from these animals.
When encountering yellow-eyed penguins, visitors should crouch down to avoid disturbing them.
