Epic Summer Adventure - We loved the attention to detail that Soaring provided from the moment we boarded their private box car in Durango. Their train depot is located in a gorgeous river valley about 1 1/2 hrs up the canyon from the departure station. The ride up to their property is breathtaking and it was the perfect amount of time on the train. The employees go above and beyond with their customer care throughout the day. They even memorized all twenty guest names! The vetting process for employing such a fun and caring staff is commendable. The entire crew ensures visitor safety as they double check equipment and follow procedures with exactness. The on-site chef does an amazing job with your mid-morning snack. The delicious personalized lunch along the river, was a highlight of our day. We loved the zip-line course, which included zig zags over the river and long distances through the trees. We also enjoyed laughing and talking to other guests throughout the day. Everything Soaring does is of the highest quality and we couldn’t have been happier that we chose to spend our day with them. A must do - First off, the lady at the front desk helped make this happen for me!! She was wonderful and even made sure I was well prepared before I went on the trip. The staff was absolutely amazing! Lunch and a snack were provided and it was fantastic!! I loved the souvenir bottle that we got. Never once did I feel unsafe. I would totally recommend this if you have ever wanted to try ziplining! Bonus: we learned about the ecology of the area from a super sweet lady who also made our wonderful snack!

Amazing adventure for the whole family - What an amazing adventure! Everything about this experience was great! Heights are hard for me, but I felt safe the entire time. The staff were all so friendly and helpful. The lunch was excellent! My entire family has a blast and didn't want it to end. Go if you can!

So Amazing! - Wow, wow, wow! I want to say how great the zip lining was but I first have to say that the customer service was like no other. They made you feel like you were family. They learned all of our groups names and called us on a first name basis as we got to each platform. It was my wife and I and another couple that went on this trip and now I can't wait to take our kids. Now to the part that all you readers want to hear. The views are amazing and the trip is so worth the money because it is like 5 hours long. There is the 27 zips plus some surprises. Oh and the lunch was so good. Bonus is that they give you the recipes.

From the moment we arrived, it was evident that this was no ordinary excursion. Every detail of this well-run establishment spoke volumes about their commitment to quality. The staff, not only polite and friendly but remarkably funny, quickly learned everyone's names and made each interaction personal and engaging. Being addressed by name at every turn was a delightful touch that made us feel like valued guests rather than mere participants. The zip lining adventure itself was exhilarating, with breathtaking views of the San Juan Mountains. Guides were knowledgeable and passionate, ensuring our safety and enjoyment at every step. One highlight of our experience was the gourmet lunch provided. It exceeded our expectations, perfectly complementing the day's adventure with its delicious flavors and variety. The best by far was the Soaring Cranberry Bars! If there's one suggestion for improvement, it would be to introduce name tags for the staff. This would make it easier for guests to remember and appreciate the wonderful individuals who made our day so special. This is an experience you won't want to miss. Thank you, thank you, thank you! Phillip, Patrick, Erin, Kenzi, Josh, Zoe and the entire crew made our first time to Soaring Tree Top Adventures fantastic!! Amazing food - best lunch and snacks ever. THIS group is on their A game. An all day adventure with life changing experiences. - A SOARING 5++++ RATING from the S.S. Minnow!!! A top notch team of Sky Rangers, Excellent Family Owned Business with an awesome history, Education on the Forest was a Bonus and the food…YUM!! Soaring Zip Line is not just an adventure definitely a Life Experience that should not be missed by anyone!! The train ride from Durango to this virgin forest (part of only 4% left in the USA) gives you the opportunity to see things you can not from a car. Have an adventurous spirit? The Sky Rangers teach you how to go the ‘extra’ trick glide while being safe. Have a fear of heights or falling! Not a problem. The team of Sky Rangers have your back!! Words of encouragement as in “ I got you!!” and “I am here for you!” hold strong and true. The rigging you wear for zip lining is top notch!! Remember one thing…DON’T TOUCH THE GREEN BUTTON! A Sky Ranger ALWAYS has your safety first!! Lunch. DELICIOUS! “Let’s go have lunch in the trees” they said. Literally. A gourmet lunch is served in a cafe setting in the trees by the Animas river!! Gorgeous! There are no words to describe this experience, just have to check it out yourself. Have you ever smelled a pine tree? Weird huh? Felt the same way until the Sky Ranger Ecologist tells you to smell the trees..Ok Willy Wonka. The Ponderosa Pine smells of vanilla! One even smells like a cupcake!! Learn how the Resort takes care of the forest by going the extra length to a special ‘hugging’ system for the platforms designed by the son of the owners. Have to go Soaring if you want to learn more!!! Soaring Zip Line at the Tree Tops Resort is a Class act! The Staff is very personable, kind, professional and most important, a fun group of people!!

Highlight of our Durango trip - Soaring Tree Top Adventures exceeded all of our expectations. We had previously done zip-line excursions in Mexico but this was a whole new level. The train ride, lunch in the trees overlooking the river, the super awesome sky rangers, and of course the amazing zip lines — all of it was better than we could have imagined.

Ziplining with family - We had the best time today! Lunch was fabulous! The staff was friendly as always! If you ever get the opportunity, you need to do it!

Amazing Family Zipline Adventure! - Our family had an absolutely fantastic time ziplining! The staff were incredibly engaging and taught our kids some awesome zipline tricks, which made the experience even more memorable. The views were stunning, and it was exhilarating to zipline through the trees and over the River! This adventure was fun for the whole family and an experience we won't soon forget. We even had an amazing Ulitmage PBJ (PB, Banana, Strawberries, Chocolate Chip) Sandwich which was out of this world!! Highly recommended!
