Highly recommend! - Our guide, Tyler, was very knowledgeable and polite. We had a great time and the bit of rain and hail in the canyon added to the adventure. Highly recommend! We did the 2.5 hour trip and the timing was perfect for us. They provide water and blankets if needed.

Beautiful Waterfalls and Canyon Insights - Good way to see the San Juan range of the Rocky Mountains. We wanted to get off-road a bit and see the San Juan range near Durango, CO. We chose to take a Jeep tour (UTVs can be a be more rough on us older folks). Hayden took us on a short, but visually delicious tour up La Plata Canyon. He knew the area well and pointed out many things to us. The waterfalls were beautiful; he took us onto their private land to get an up close view of the best falls: Nirvana. My wife loves to photograph waterfalls, old buildings and interesting nature so this tour was perfect for us. We saw what was left of the ghost town. He gave us the mining history of the canyon and how the people lived and survived back then. Hayden even made stops for us so that we could get some good photos. It was a shorter tour, but that is what we wanted. The design of the Jeep's riding area was nice as it kept us dry during the rain storm on the ride back to Durango. We noted other companys' touring vehicles that left you more out in the open.

Worth the time and money. - There was a little confusion on which business in the shopping center we needed to meet our guide. We were met with a friendly staff. Ron made sure the jeep was clean and fresh from the tour before us. Water was given which was nice in August. We sat in the back/open air seats and really took in the views getting to the National Park. Ron was friendly, gave some great history and info on the area and was patient with us and took photos for us several times. The waterfall, from the picture above was the highlight. You could do this on your own but the biggest water fall was private property owned by this company so we felt like the decision to use them was a good one. For a small part of our day and only a 168 it was worth it.

July jeering - It was a lovely July day in Colorado and the scenery was wonderful as usual. Lovely waterfalls that were running well. Our guide was most attentive to our needs - assisting if needed, cold water in an ice chest - and an excellent driver. It was enough of an adventure for me and I’m glad I went, even though I had been plagued by altitude sickness that week since coming from the Gulf Coast of TX.
