Ranger Led Tours - Having a Ranger led tour is definitely the way to go. So much less expensive than a commercial tour. The guides are knowledgeable and very comprehensive. Getting to walk in among the dwellings is a much better experience than just driving by and seeing them from afar.

Mesa Verde Ruins - Neal, our guide, was very informative and funny. He was able to answer any questions we may have had. He made sure we knew how to be prepared for what was coming up and always reminded us to stay hydrated. The ruins were a very interesting sight to visit. The walk to see the city up close was spectacular and challenging with the stone steps, but well worth the effort. Our park ranger guide, Logan, was knowledgeable, patient and friendly. Neal took professional pictures of each of us in the group which he provided free of charge. Drinks and snacks were included with our tour. Totally recommend this tour.

So much history in one place - Our trip to Mesa Verde was fantastic. Neil is an awesome guide. He had so much information to share with us. He was also hilarious, kind and one of the best guides we have ever had. He also took pictures of us at the spots we visited and that will make our memories even better.

All you wanted to know about the Pueblo Indians and was afraid to ask - Very informative tour that introduced us to an historical community we didn't know much about. The guide didn't stop talking for 6 hours providing information and replying to questions.

Amazing Mesa Verde Experience - We had a great experience. Our guide Neil, was a very knowledgeable, professional, and personable guide. He shared many stories and facts about the Pueblo people and their history. He provided water and snacks for the guests to enjoy on our adventure. He even went so far as to bring his own camera to take pictures of us along the way and then he shared them with us to remember our time together. He had prepared a gift of Anasazi beans for each couple to remember the life of the Pueblo Indians. We came away very impressed with our new Mesa Verde knowledge. We would highly recommend this adventure. :)

Outstanding guide and care - Aaron was a competent, caring, and extremely knowledgeable guide who made the trip come alive. I’m so glad we decided to take the tour instead of just see things on our own. His detailed explanation of the history and life of Mesa Verde, complete with his photos were outstanding.
