Amazing tour with a fantastic guide - This was the most amazing tour with a fantastic tour guide. Aaron has a strong background in archeology and did a masterful job of blending what archeology has to tell us of Mesa Verde with what the Pueblo nations have to say about their history.. It was all fascinating and well beyond what we later heard in a guided tour by a park ranger. We wish we could have spent at least one more day on the Mesa.

Ranger Led Tours - Having a Ranger led tour is definitely the way to go. So much less expensive than a commercial tour. The guides are knowledgeable and very comprehensive. Getting to walk in among the dwellings is a much better experience than just driving by and seeing them from afar.

Mesa Verde Ruins - Neal, our guide, was very informative and funny. He was able to answer any questions we may have had. He made sure we knew how to be prepared for what was coming up and always reminded us to stay hydrated. The ruins were a very interesting sight to visit. The walk to see the city up close was spectacular and challenging with the stone steps, but well worth the effort. Our park ranger guide, Logan, was knowledgeable, patient and friendly. Neal took professional pictures of each of us in the group which he provided free of charge. Drinks and snacks were included with our tour. Totally recommend this tour.

So much history in one place - Our trip to Mesa Verde was fantastic. Neil is an awesome guide. He had so much information to share with us. He was also hilarious, kind and one of the best guides we have ever had. He also took pictures of us at the spots we visited and that will make our memories even better.

All you wanted to know about the Pueblo Indians and was afraid to ask - Very informative tour that introduced us to an historical community we didn't know much about. The guide didn't stop talking for 6 hours providing information and replying to questions.

Living on the edge - What an awesome view of a group of people who literally lived on the edge. On the edge of a canyon. Today we have the rich who live on the side of a mountain for the view. these people must have been mega rich. If you are able take the walking tour of the ruins. For those of us who are afraid of heights the drive in was a bit acary. Once you get up on top there are some awesome views and it is on yop of a mesa which is flat. worth the trip off the main road.

Traveling Back in Time at Mesa Verde - We learned so much about the Mesa Verde and had a good group of fellow tourists, 5 of us total. Our guide was knowledgeable and made sure we got to see as much as we could for our time.

Avoid this tour company! - Avoid this tour company! Booked weeks in advance and they contacted me at 6p the evening before to tell me the tour would be dramatically different than what was booked. It would no longer be the ranger led tour up close to the cliff dwellings. Rather, the dwellings would be seen miles away via binoculars! Total ripoff! Demanded a refund and got it but the damage was done as we had already travelled 4 hours to get there by the time they let us know. Totally ruined this part of our vacation.
