Tube ride down the river. - It was fun, relaxing, the water temperature was refreshing! The staff were very friendly and helpful.

Disaster - We were NOT able to make this trip. Despite arriving 1 hour early, we could not find the driver for pick up at Albertsons parking lot as told by the agent. The ticket states in all caps where NOT to meet then shows that address as the meeting point. The tour operator did not answer the phone 30 minutes prior to Meeting time, 15 minutes prior or at meeting time. We drove 20 minutes to the operator and we’re told we missed the trip, and the afternoon one was fully booked. When asked where we should have been, we were told “the cafe”. “You can’t miss the big blue building”. It was a wasted morning and a huge disappointment. The only good thing was the refund.
