Not all attractions were operating - When we arrived we were told that not all of the 3 attractions we were there for were operating that day. We were also told that we would receive a partial refund due to that but here it is 4 days later and they have not responded to our queries and we have not received any refund.

Skip this and go to the beach! Trust me - The only exciting part of this is the Flying Dutchman and it only lasts 30 seconds. If you really want to do it just book the Dutchman and then head to a beach or another excursion. The park is poorly ran by young adults who are in no rush to get you through any lines. We waited 30 minutes for the tubing part while they tried to figure out why the water wasn’t working. Tubing was not worth the wait. The zip line part is 4 very short lines that all come back to the same platform. Very uneventful, we skipped the last two because there were only two guides running it and it was taking forever with a large group. The park itself is pretty run down. We were a group of 6 friends 45-50 yrs old. The only reason I gave it 3 stars is the view from the top is incredible! You can see the French side and Dutchside at the same time. So book the Dutchman if you want some adventure and incredible views but skip the rest.

Don't expect to record your experience - Actually the day was good. The staff were nice and the views were great. The museum isn't one however, I have older bits of rusty bins and old sofa legs at home, but the story boards are entertaining. The 1st 4 zip lines are good but short and you are allowed to film. However, the one you want to record is the steepest one.. and there they get into money making mode by making you remove the camera harness you have one and telling you to put it in the "safety" of the seat bag. Safety has nothing to do with it as I guarantee they wouldn't refund anything if it fell out. What its about is charging you $20 for the first 5 seconds and last 5 seconds of your experience.. but none of the views nor of you screaming in glee. A complete rip off that ruined what would have been a 5 star experience.

Don't expect to get a good video - Actually the day was very nice, the staff were pleasant, the museum was ok (it was more about reading the stories of the island rather than items.. old sofa chair legs are not museum items, I have older things at home in the garden) anyway, we did the full package, the 4 short zip lines were fun and you were able to record your excitement. The final BIG zip however you had to take every go pro etc off so that they could sell you their footage later which quite frankly was pitiful. It consists of 3 second clips of you setting off and landing. This would have got 5 stars had they not tried to rip you off for a non video. Take a hidden camera, record your descent and the views and you will have a good day. Our cameras were strapped to our body and did not get in the way so its not a safety issue.. and I am sure they still didnt take responsibility for it even though you had to put it in their seat pocket.

Arm yourself with courage, endless queue, ruined day - If overall it is good and the great zip line exceptional, there is a real problem of organization. We had booked and paid for tickets on the internet, but we had to queue to get home like everyone else. The chairlift is excruciatingly slow, watch out for sunshine, more than 30min of chairlift to climb only 320m of elevation 😱😱😱. And the excruciating thing is that we had to queue for more than 3 hours (from 12:50 to 16:05) to do the big zip line, it was endless, it ruined our day because when our turn comes, we are not at all in the trip of the day, we are tired, we are hungry (because there is nothing to eat at the Top). In the end, arrival 10:30, two descents in buoy, the 4 small zip lines and the big zip line later, it was 16:10 with shop and restaurant closed while there must still be 80 people behind us waiting to get off. Very mixed feeling. We thought we could enjoy the beach l afternoon, it was too late

Prepare for waiting in line - Be prepared to wait in line for 2,5 hours to access the flying dutchman!!! The whole thing was supposed to take 3h in total, but we spent 3,5h in total waiting and 1,5h in the attractions. The views are awesome at the top. They should change the info regarding the duration.

Great Potential, poorly run - Closed on the day of our reservation with no notice. Went back next day and was overcrowded due to previous day closure. Beautiful place but everything moves extremely slowly. Expect long waits in the sun at every activity.

Terrible 0/1000 - This place is an absolute joke. The workers are too busy drinking, smoking weed and snorting cocaine to care about the customer experience. You spend 15 minutes doing the actual activity and the rest is just standing in a line while they sit around and party. This is the worst experience I’ve ever had on a vacation.

Company is Deceptive - I booked an excursion for $318, but the tour was not completed as promised. I was told a full refund would be issued and instructed to cancel my PayPal dispute, which I did in good faith. Afterward, I only received a partial refund of $66, even though the undelivered activities are worth $258. I have all documentation, and the issue remains unresolved.
