Immersion in the My Son sanctuary, magnificent! - We had a completely exotic time, immersed in the history and traditions of a lost empire. The My Son sanctuary, listed as a UNESCO heritage site in 1999, brings together the ruins of several temples and relics of the ancient Champa Kingdom. A cult place hidden in the mountains, absolutely worth visiting in a small group. Breathtaking, we are delighted and recommend this half-day expedition, with return journey included, which greatly facilitates accessibility to the site, located just an hour from Hoi An. Great tour, better tour guide - Couldn’t have asked for a better tour! Mr. Mot (Tom) is probably the funniest & most knowledgeable guide in Hồi Ăn. From local recommendations to stories, you get the full experience traveling with the guy. 10/10 would recommend. Good word? 😉

A beautiful site to see! - We had a great tour with a really friendly and personable guide called Vin. He was extremely knowledgeable about the ruins and about the history of the area, giving us lots of extra information and bringing the ruins to life. Would really recommend if you are in Hoi An for a few days!

Good afternoon trip from Hoi An - Good trip, good guide. Booked a trip with 16 people max and ended up being just the two of us and the guide and driver. Was direct to the site and back, there isn't tonnes of info at the site but the old temples are interesting to explore and look around and also a dancing show at the end.

Excellent guide - Contacted the night before by email and message at front desk of hotel to confirm times & pick up.Picked up from our hotel at the time stated relatively new mini bus with air conditioning. Bus held 12 only 6 on tour. Cold water provided. Scenic drive out to My Son with the guide pointing relevant points of interest as we drove to site (about 90 mins). The site was empty on our arrival (just before Covid 19 hit a number of countries had already stopped their nationals travelling). The site is small but worth seeing. We had to take an electric bus up to the site from the car park I would have preferred to walk as it was less than a mile. The guide was very informative and answered any questions brought up by the group. We had nearly 2 hours walking around and then back on the bus to Hoi An. We asked to be dropped in the Old town not at our hotel which the driver and guide facilitated. We had considered renting a scooter and making our own way there but it is quite a considerable distance, the weather very hot, traffic intimidating and roads are not always hard surfaced. Worth the money

My Son is a must visit - I really enjoyed this tour - not only because it was full of historical significance but I wasn’t sold anything to. We did the tour with another couple and managed to avoid the large groups. Because of this, we were able to be flexible with our time at the various sites that we visited. I think the cultural performance at the end was a little boring - perhaps too long especially as there is quite distance to cover to get back to the exit from that point. MySon is a must visit - better than Ba Na Hills (shock, gasp - yup, I said it)

ARCHAEOLOGICAL PLACE OF THE KINGDOM OF CHAMPA - There are more than 70 architectural works of brick and stone in the middle of nature dedicated to kings and Hindu deities. It was the most important center of the Champa kingdom and its civilization. There are about 3 different dances with girls and men under a roof and chairs with fans. The truth is that the show is not worth much but once you have to drive 3 hours non-stop from Hoi An, well, well.
