Once a sacred site for the Cham people (known today as Cham), it was used for making sacrifices to the gods. Built between the 4th and 13th centuries A.D., this renowned architectural complex was dedicated to the god Shiva. Our guide will provide insights into Cham history and their Hindu worship practices. For those passionate about ancient history, My Son Sanctuary is a must-visit! This site was once a sacred place where the Cham-Pa (known today as the Cham people) performed sacrifices to the Gods. Constructed between the 4th and 13th centuries A.D., this renowned architectural complex was dedicated to the god Shiva. My Son was recognized as a world cultural heritage site by UNESCO in 1999.
Our guide will pick guests up from their hotel by car for the journey to Mỹ Sơn Sanctuary, which takes approximately 1 hour.
Upon arrival, the guide will spend around 2 hours explaining the techniques used in temple construction and providing insights into Champa culture.
After the tour, guests will be driven back to their hotel, which takes about 1 hour. The tour concludes upon return.
