Fun day at sea - Captain Mike is the best of the best. My party of four had an amazing experience under his care. He created an itinerary around our interests and made the most of our time at sea. This is NOT a slow paced boat! Hold on for a fun ride with amazing stops that allow you to bask in the sun amongst colorful sealife.

Incredible Day with Captain Mike at Seas the Day Charters! - We had an amazing time with Seas the Day Charters in the US Virgin Islands, all thanks to our awesome captain, Mike! He was super knowledgeable, sharing cool facts about the islands' history and ecology as he showed us around some breathtaking spots. The snorkeling was a total highlight – we saw tons of colorful marine life, and Mike made sure everyone was having a blast, whether they were snorkel pros or first-timers. What really made our day special was how Mike went out of his way to make sure we were all comfortable and having fun. He's not just a great captain but also a fantastic host. The boat was comfy, and he tailored the trip to what we wanted, which was super cool. If you're heading to the US Virgin Islands and looking to charter a boat, I can't recommend Captain Mike and Seas the Day Charters enough. It's a solid 5-star experience – you're guaranteed to have a great time!

Book a day with this Captain! - If you want an experience you will remember your entire life, BOOK THIS BOAT and CAPTAIN BRYAN. We had attempted to go to the Baths on Virgin Gorda using another charter boat company, with a different captain, in 2016, but the captain of that previous charter was decidedly unenthusiastic about making the trip and dissuaded us from going. The water had been a little choppy, and he did not seem to have the experience or knowledge to feel comfortable making the trip. Eight years later, we booked the Aquarius through Seas the Day, and Captain Bryan made our bucket list trip happen, despite daunting winds and seas. He told us at the outset it was going to be "an adventure," and when we assured him we were up for it, his experience and knowledge got us safely to and fro with beautiful sights and zero worry on our part. There are too many good things to say in one review, but here are some factors that make us want to book another trip with Captain Bryan in the event we are blessed to return to the VIs in the future. 1) Captain Bryan is an experienced captain, and--this is a nuance that matters--an experienced USVI captain. He is not a transient passing through and picking up a few trips while here; he knows the USVIs and has experience navigating them specifically. That mattered, especially on our challenging weather day. 2) Bryan has the demeanor you want in your captain. He takes his job of getting you safely to each destination seriously, and that makes you feel safe. But he also helps you embrace the adventure of the sea. You can tell he loves his job, and he wants you to enjoy your day on his boat. 3) He is a perceptive and engaging communicator. He communicated with me by email several days before our trip and personally called me the night before to firm up details and answer any last-minute questions. On the morning of our trip, when we ran a few minutes late because of parking difficulties, Bryan greeted us with a hug that immediately diffused our stress and got us underway nonetheless in record time. As our trip proceeded, he told us what to expect AHEAD OF TIME if things were going to get a little rough, and when things were calm--either on the water or at a great post-Baths lunch at Willy T's--he was a great conversationalist. Truly! Our lunch conversation ranged from Russian literature to extreme sports. And his playlist was spot on. Bottom line: We started the day with a chartered boat and hired captain. We ended the day with memories for a lifetime and a new friend we hope to see again.

Amazing day on the water - The process was super easy from beginning to end. Captain Bryan was fantastic - his knowledge of the area and best spots to see the islands from the water were way beyond our expectations. Highly recommend!

Very enjoyable and flexible - We enjoyed having the flexibility that having the entire boat to our family provided. By chance, one family member was sick and needed a prescription filled on St John, so our captain made that our first stop where we got the prescription filled, then went back to our resort where we dropped it off. The rest of the day was spent snorkeling when we wanted to, going to beaches, and cruising around. The captain was able to tailor the trip to our desires. Very enjoyable.

Amazing Aquarius experience - The entire trip was amazing. We all had a blast. The views were extremely beautiful and Captain Bryan was the best. He was funny professional and knowledgeable.
