The sun was just beginning to rise over the horizon as I made my way to Sapphire Beach Marina, the starting point for what promised to be an unforgettable day of sailing and snorkeling in the Virgin Islands. As a former professional surfer, I’ve spent countless hours in the ocean, but there’s something uniquely thrilling about setting sail on a semi-private yacht, the wind in your hair, and the promise of adventure ahead.
