Best time ever - I had never been scuba diving before as i live in a pretty much land locked area I've always wanted to try it. This was everything I was hoping for and more. I loved every bit of it. Already planned my next dives for my certification! Thank you for your this amazing adventure!

Great Experience for the entire Family. - I have always wanted to be a certified diver, so I signed up through Aqua Marine Dive Center and did the E-learning before our family trip to St. Thomas in June 2024. It was a great experience from start to finish. Erica was my instructor and she was very detailed and made sure I was comfortable with all the skills in the pool before we headed out to the Ocean that afternoon. Everyone from my instructor, the boat captain and the other instructors made the experience one I will never forget. Aqua Marine accommodated my entire family starting on my first open water dive with my niece who was already certified and on the second day of my certification by making room for my Wife and future son-in-law with snorkeling and my daughter on her very first Discovery Dive. I was able to gain Nitrox certification thanks to the other Instructor on board. Everyone at Aqua Marine was very professional and knowledgeable and made the entire experience a joy. I can't wait to dive with them on my next trip.

It was a great experience - The instructors at Aqua Marine certified our two Boys ( 14&15) in their SSI Open Water Certification. They had a great time! The instructors were professional and provided a very fun and relaxing experience for our guys.

AOW and diving with family/friends - The whole crew was great! Erika was an exceptional instructor for my AOW course. The crew made our 3 day/7 dive experience an unforgetable trip for our group of 4. We were able to bring 4 of our family/friends to do a Discovery Scuba dive with us out on the Ledges reef. Its great that Aqua Marine Dive Center offers both SSI and PADI certifications. Because It seems to me that most shope are either SSI or PADi, not both. If I ever get another chace to dive in the Virgin Islands again, I will definetly be reaching back out to Aqua Marine Dive Center!

Fantastic time with Aqua Marine - The team of Tommy, Erica, and Heime was exceptional in bringing me through my advanced open water certification. The wisdom and experience of the team is impressive and I’m still trying to digest the information. The dive sites are very interesting and diverse ecosystems. Michelle at the dive center handled everything I needed and including assisting with the transportation from my resort to and from the dock dive shop. I can’t wait to come back to St. Thomas and dive again with Aqua Marine.

Amazing experience with Aqua marine for PADI open water certification - We contacted Aqua marine for PADI open water diving certification for our 12.5 yr old daughter. Erica was her instructor and we at very happy with Erica. She is a great teacher , very patient , encouraging and at the same time strict too. Our daughter enjoyed and completed all the dives and it was a super experience. Will definitely Erica for someone who wants to get certified and that too at young age . Also our 8.5 yr old son did 2 snorkelling sessions with them and spotted Nurse sharks , Sting rays, turtles, etc. they take good care of kids who are good swimmers. Thanks to the team !

From White Belt to Black Belt in Scuba Diving - in 3 Days - Heading into our family trip to St. Thomas, I was exploring various activities to dive into during my first visit to the US Virgin Islands. My adventurous spirit led me to pursue certification in PADI Open Water—a challenge that proved more demanding than I initially anticipated! After completing my pre-course work and testing (note: give yourself enough time for this!), I was warmly greeted by two incredibly kind individuals, Jaime and Kendra—my primary coaches and masters of the ocean. Starting as a true rookie in the realm of scuba diving, and through rigorous training with Jaime and Kendra, I now feel supremely confident in continuing to explore the ocean like never before! Jaime knew exactly how to coach and improve me day by day, while Kendra proved to be a perfect complement to Jaime whenever I felt confused about instructions. In conclusion, this was a life-changing experience that I will cherish and leverage for the rest of my life. I want to express my gratitude to both Jaime and Kendra for their dedication, patience, and for making me feel comfortable in many uncomfortable positions. Thank you, Aqua Marine Dive Center, for putting together such a wonderful program!

Great opportunity. - The course instructor, Jaime (James Wood), was outstanding. I had completed the online and he took care of the rest. It was timely and outstanding. Safety first and quality equipment. I am 75 and active. He took good care of me and gave wonderful tips and pointers plus the regular instruction.

Great Instruction for Rescue Diver Certification - I just got my Rescue Diver Certification at Aqua Marine! On my way towards Dive Master! I am a professional teacher / lecturer by profession -- teaching workshops, seminars, and classes. Jaime -- my instructor -- is one of the best teacher's I have ever observed. He is thorough, practical, and relatable in his instructions. He is open to questions and he worked with me to master every skill. He did an amazing job. I have also dived with Jaime and he is the most safety-conscious Dive Master I have encountered in 23 years of diving -- exactly the teacher I want when I go for my Dive Master Certification. Also, my open water was rigorous, but thorough. Dave was our "victim" today -- whom I had to rescue from several circumstances. He was unbelievable -- he should be nominated for a "Golden Diver Acting Award" if there was such a thing! A great experience!

Best diving experience - This is the most magical experience! We went from never dive before to diving with a shark (it’s very friendly and chill). Jaime is the best instructor ever — he’s very skillful (so beginners like me, you have nothing to worry about!), extremely patient, and very sweet. My bday was coming up and he surprised me with cupcakes on my last dive — honestly, this is the best activity during my stay at St. Thomas!
