You will learn skills in a confined water environment with your instructor first before you move onto to performing your skills in training dives in the open-water.

Use of all our gear is included throughout your training and certification. For boat diving days, we provide bottled water and snacks. Dive on into the world of SCUBA and become a PADI or SSI Open-Water Diver!

The course will require at least 3 half days in the water (or 1.5 days) to be able to complete all requirements. Contact for full schedule. The in water training is usually a morning at the pool, then an afternoon and a morning in the ocean. All online theory course work (not included) needs to be completed prior to first confined water training dive. Online work usually averages 5-8 hours, sometimes more depending on the individual. • All guests must be able to swim comfortably and capably in an open water environment without assistance.
• Divers are advised to allow a minimum of 18 hours after diving before flying.
• Students will be required to complete a standard Diver Medical Questionnaire on arrival and are also advised to review ahead of time for any health conditions that may require a doctor’s written pre-approval.
• Minimum age 10 years. Children must be accompanied by an adult.
