It’s one of only two pink sandy beaches in Indonesia, the other being on the island of Komodo. Upon closer inspection, the original color is actually white sand, but it appears pink due to the mixture of crushed pink coral pieces. This natural process along the reef results in flake fragments that blend and form the pink hue, especially when exposed to sea water and sunlight.
Surrounded by high cliffs, the view from the top is equally captivating, offering a stunning panorama below.
Soaking in Pink Beach is a delight, and snorkeling is highly recommended to marvel at the beautiful coral reefs.
You will be picked up from your hotel at 9:00 AM and driven for about 2 hours to Tanjung Luar Harbor. From there, we will proceed to Pink Beach by outrigger boat. We will snorkel around Gili Petelu, Gili Pasir, and Segui.
Lunch will be served by the boat crew, featuring fresh barbecue fish and seafood.
We will leave Pink Beach in the afternoon and return to your hotel.
