• Yarra Valley - Below is a list of wineries and venues we might visit. We won’t go to all of them. The tour includes tastings at 4 venues, with a 5th stop for lunch that doesn’t include a tasting. The itinerary can change daily based on availability.

We will drive for 55 minutes to our first venue. After about 45 minutes, the scenery becomes more picturesque!

• Yering Farm Wines - Sample 5-6 wines and an amazing Pink Lady Apple Cider at this small, boutique, family-run vineyard.
• Tokar Estate - Enjoy cheese platters here to complement your tasting. Stunning views. A relaxed winery with a diverse range of flavors. From medium-bodied reds to pinot grigio, sweet dessert wines to sparkling, unfiltered pinot noirs to Chardonnay, and heavy Shiraz to fortified wines. Cheese platters are also provided here to enhance your tasting experience.
• Domaine Chandon - This venue generally doesn’t accept tour groups, so drinks are usually not included. However, if some group members really want to visit Chandon, we can take you there after lunch instead of relaxing at the lunch venue. You’ll have 30-40 minutes to explore at your own expense. This is our way around their policy. We are the only tour that offers this option!

Most people just want to have a glass and enjoy the scenery, so 30-40 minutes is plenty of time!

• Helen’s Hill Estate - We don’t always visit here, but their wines are excellent! Arguably the best Shiraz/Syrah in the area.
• St Huberts Cellar Door - This is our lunch stop. The restaurant, ‘Quarters,’ is located on St Huberts Estates winery. The menu is available via QR code or through wait staff. Lunch is not included in the price, so it will be at your own expense. The food is fantastic, with prices ranging from $10-$40 depending on your appetite. There’s something for everyone: pizzas, burgers, steaks, ribs, vegan dishes, celiac-friendly options, and creative salads.

The venue is impressive, featuring a cellar door for wine and whiskey tastings, as well as an Indigenous art museum showcasing works by First Nations people from Victoria.

After lunch, we often split the group for those who want to explore the venue or visit Chandon.

• Four Pillars Distillery - Here, we sample 4 gins on a paddle, mixed with tonic or soda, while learning about their production process in the new distillery. If you don’t like gin or prefer something else, we can get you any type of drink. You can even cross the road for a private wine tasting at Payton and Jones if you want to keep the day wine-focused.
• Watts River Brewing - Instead of Four Pillars gin, you can visit this local brewery to try 4 beers on their beer paddle. A small local craft brewery.
• Yarra Valley Chocolaterie & Ice Creamery - At this scenic spot, enjoy a private tasting of 10-12 chocolates over 25 minutes. You’ll also have time to buy chocolates and enjoy the ice cream section.
• Yarrawood Estate - If you’re not interested in the chocolate tasting, we can take you to this nearby winery for a round of drinks at your own expense. It’s a scenic way to end the day if you want to continue drinking.
• Yarra Valley Dairy - This is a ‘maybe’ stop. We don’t go here regularly unless many people want to skip an alcohol venue. It’s close to a frequently visited winery, and we can sometimes split the group. We provide cheese platters at the second winery with the same cheese available here.

We offer cheese platters with 3 goat cheeses and 3 cow cheeses, along with gluten-free crackers. It’s a quick 20-minute stop. The venue also has a café and offers lesser-known Yarra wines for purchase.

• Payten & Jones Wines - If you prefer to keep the day wine-focused, we offer a wine tasting here instead of Four Pillars gin. Arguably the best wine of the day!

• We won’t Go to every place mentioned in the itinerary. They are a list of potential options.

Join us on our casual and communal wine tour, offering a variety of wines, gin, cider, and more, all while enjoying some good humor!

Your day will start with us picking you up. Following this, we create an informal, friendly atmosphere, encouraging everyone to contribute to a Spotify playlist for shared music and fostering conversation during the first hour.

Every tour is unique and influenced by the group’s preferences, discussed every morning. From different wineries, distilleries, a cheese shop, a chocolate factory, cideries, restaurants to breweries, you can choose your venues for the day. Or, if you prefer, leave it up to us— we will select 4 or 5 unique locales, each with its own appeal.

Typically, our itinerary includes two wineries, one restaurant, a distillery, and either a chocolate or champagne spot.

Although lunch is not included in the price, we have arranged for a stop at a restaurant (Quarters) where you can order and pay for your meal and beverages.

Our vehicle is a 24-seat bus, but we only accommodate 10-18 people on each tour to keep it intimate.

• We do not do Hotel pick ups unless you can meet us on the way the Yarra Valley and it’s not a detour.
• We do not have space for luggage of any sort.
• We have 2 vehicles that run this tour. We primarily use a 24 seater bus but purposefully dont fill it up to still give the tour an intimate and small-group feel. We only allow 18 people max book. We also run a second vehicle of 13 seats which is a smaller van. If group size is important to you, please let us know so we can best accomodate you!
• This is a public group tour where you’ll be joined by others. You can book this tour however as a large group and we can discuss doing a private tour for your group
