Small but Very Cool - If you want to escape the mall for a bit, this is the place to go! We knew this was going to be a small aquarium but it was actually bigger than we expected and quite beautiful. It's very clean and well designed with various nooks and crannies to explore. You can pop your head up into a few tanks for fun pics. We saw Jellyfish, Stingrays, Seahorses, Coral, Sharks and a variety of fish. Everyone on the staff was very friendly and seemed to love working there. Loved seeing the NYC landmarks underwater with all of the fish swimming around them. Very cool.

So wonderful - My two year old was jumping with joy seeing all the fish, and crawling through the little caves! As a mother of two it’s hard to find attractions that are safe for a youngster , and are accessible with a stroller for a baby. This Aquarium was big enough to explore and so exciting for us all so blessed to have this attraction in such a convenient mall!

Loved it even for teenagers - I visited with my son who is 19 and a fish fanatic. We went later in the afternoon on a Thursday and it was basically empty. It's really cool in there and we had a great time! Loved the beautiful jellyfish tank and the touch tank. Lots of cool fish! Highly recommended even for teens! It's nice in there, clean, large tanks, plenty of space to walk around. We took our time at each tank and we're out in about 50 minutes.

Excellent - This is a small aquarium that can be enjoyed in a short amount of time featuring beautiful exhibits. We appreciate the nod to the region with local wildlife and scenery. Very cool little aquarium that our family enjoyed visiting. Our admission was included with our LEGOLAND annual passes. So, no charges or fees!

Nice small aquarium - Nice aquarium with unique tanks that present fun photo opportunities. The set ups are themed nicely, but overall, the aquarium is on the smaller side.

If Your Local Pet Fish Store Upgraded - For as small of an aquarium SEA LIFE New Jersey at American Dream is, the venue is very well kept and appealing compared to SeaQuest Woodbridge. Similar to SeaQuest Woodbridge, however, is the novelty of an aquarium being at the mall. So do not look at this venue as a full-blown aquarium and plan this visit along with other things to do at the mall. Sitting on the first floor/level of American Dream (best accessed from Parking Lot B), its located directly next to the Legoland attraction. While both have similar management, I would recommend this attraction over Legoland (while acknowledging that both have different appeals and target audiences). The animal exhibits themselves were very colorful, vibrant and well put together, despite the overall venue being relatively small compared to your full-sized aquariums. The overall placement of fixtures, exhibits, and infomaps/placards made the experience more engaging and appealing. The size of the venue did make navigating the aquarium a bit challenging (narrow corridors and choke points) especially when there are crowds, but the cleanliness of everything contributed to its desirable appearance. Would not mind coming back once in a while!

Pricy experience, beware visitors. - The aquarium was entertaining for kids 3,5, and 7. The kids enjoyed themselves though it was really pricy for a party of 6 at over 200 for just 1 attraction. They also don’t sell you tickets at the attraction and force you to buy tickets online which was a real hassle since we had to dig for our phones. Then at the end of the attraction, we come across a children's playground, which the kids really want to go on but wasn’t allowed to because it requires socks on a hot July day when most kids were wearing sandles. Finally the place goes cashless and only takes credit cards as a payment option. Normally it isn’t a problem, but for folks like us who are going cash to limit spending to make sure we don’t over spend for a mini family day, it is very problematic. We will not be returning.

I consider it a scam.. - Went with a family of 5. Paid over $200 for entrance and 2 tickets for VR. How they dare for this tiny aquarium is a mystery to me. I consider it a scam..

Paid for nothing - The tickets from TripAdvisor didn’t work and you can’t get a hold of anyone to get them refunded. Would not recommend to anyone. Save your money and just get the tickets directly from vendor

Skip it - Rip-off. $30 for a 15-minute walk. Skip it. No wonder no one visits it. It is neither educational nor an entertainment for any age. May be people would not mind a $5 ticket.
