Cotopaxi day trip - We had an amazing guide named Adrian and he spoke fluent English and Spanish. Very accommodating and waiting on each person as we we up Cotopaxi after each switchback he had us take breaks. Each person in the group that wanted to hike made it to the destination at 15,953 feet! Maurice was our driver and he navigated both Quito traffic and the mountain roads in the national park with ease. We also had an amazing lunch for $6 each at a hostel that had beautiful llamas and ducks to feed after lunch. This was one of the best day trips we have had thanks to Adrian and Maurice! Both amazing! Thanks

Worth Every Penny! - Our tour was amazing and very much worth every penny spent. We started with meeting at the pick up point, traveled to a breakfast place, then headed to the Cotopaxi park information booth, and then to Cotopaxi mountain itself. The hike was quite challenging and you gotta be prepared physically for it. There were plenty of bathroom breaks and placez to take breathtaking photos! Our tour guide, Pamela, was simply amazing. She was very kind, knowledgeable, and was very good at explaining the history behind all important points. I highly recommend this tour, especially if you get to have Pamela as your tour guide! - S & C (traveler couple)

Amazing experience with dedicated guide - Our guide Adrian was very enthusiastic and dedicated, ensuring everyone went up the hike at their own pace and checking in to see we weren’t experiencing altitude sickness. The driver Ivan was great and very kind. The day was very organised, easy and enjoyable - amazing views up there. A highlight of my trip!

One of the places worth visiting in Ecuador - Despite the bad weather - fog and rain the trip was great thanks to the guide Felipe. He kept talking about volcanoes, nature and Ecuador in general.

Amazing experience at Cotopaxi. - This is a full day excursion to Cotopaxi with challenging hike if you are not well acclimatized to the high altitude but it feels great when you reach the destination. Maru was an excellent guide and our driver Andre sure knows how to navigate the roads. This tour is highly recommended if you like hiking volcanos.

Great tour - highly recommend, elevation gain no joke - We did the private tour to Cotopaxi and would highly recommend. Ernesto was our guide and he was amazing - he was great at telling us the lore of the mountains, made sure we were able to do all of the activities in the itinerary without feeling rushed, and took nice pictures for us. The elevation gain is no joke so would not recommend doing this tour on your first day visiting Ecuador - we did it on our second day and even with relatively extensive hiking experience we still struggled a bit and it took us about an hour for the hike to the base camp. We recommend coming prepared with layers since the sun is ready to burn your skin but it gets cold at the higher elevation - there are tiendas near the entrance that sell hats/gloves/jackets for cheap. The place they took us to for lunch was really tasty and affordable and had a cute vibe with farm animals - we were able to feed some llamas and watch chickens and ducks eat and kittens playing through the windows while we enjoyed the food. If you are visiting Quito do this tour - ask for Ernesto; he was cool.

An amazing experience visiting Cotopaxi with PameR - We spent a day visiting Cotopaxi hiking up to the Refuge base camp. It was a strenuous hike and despite the rain and cold, very rewarding. Our guide - Pamela - was outstanding. Very knowledgeable and attentive to the diverse needs of our group. We leave Quito with a very special memory.
