Good value! - Flight was delayed but they were there when we landed and our driver was super helpful with the luggage. Our family of six fit into the van nicely with 2 large suitcases and 6 carry ons.

Excellent service and employees! - July 2023 we used Chauffeur Cars Scotland so without hesitation contacted them for travel Jan 2024. Alex, our driver promptly picked us up from Edinburgh airport to our Airbnb. Alex went above and beyond assisting us with luggage. Our return trip to the airport was prompt and pleasant. Convenient transportation for tired travelers - My family and I used this car service when we arrived at the Edinburgh Airport. I was contacted twice by drivers the day prior because someone had mixed up our date of arrival, number of passengers and destination. That said, the mix up was straightened out and our driver, Martin, met us at the airport even though our flight arrived late. Our family was tired from traveling for 18 hours so it was a relief to have the convenience of the car service and Martin was courteous and helpful.

Non-existent - No idea . Vendor cancelled while we were flying to Edinburgh. Driver suddenly sick. No one else available.

Do not use car transfers that are not taxis, even if they are parked there. They charge more than what was agreed - In the place where the taxi sign directs you, you find a large screen and a uniformed girl who tells you, according to the transfer information, the price. He told us between 30 and 36 pounds and the driver charged us 42 because there was a lot of traffic. It didn't accept cash. We argued for a while and paid to get the luggage back.
