Recommended - First off we were greeted by our host guide, her name was Tomora. Right from the start you had a sense that she truly enjoyed what she was doing. Extremely friend, well spoken so even I understood her. We were fortunate to be the only couple on the tour, so it turned out to be private. She guided us through Endinburgh and gave a little history along the route to different local establishments. We stopped at 4 local restaurants with different fare in each one. Giving us a true taste of authentic Scottish food. What was also nice as these were off the beaten path of touristy spots and where the locals would go. I am truly recommending this tour. Be prepared to walk a distance though. A little pricey but we felt well worth it worth it and especially with our guide Tomora.

Three hours of glorious history and local food - A fantastic day out in Edinburgh learning about the history of the city and tasting the great local food in different locations. Knowledgeable guide dressed in traditional attire, he gave us a tour for over 3 hours. Not the cheapest tour but value for money, absolutely. Comes highly recommended

Walk the Walk - Our guide Iain did an excellent job guiding us through the city with some tasty food. The tour starts on time and went as expected. Iain did a great job of learning the interests of the members of our tour and incorporated that into his talking points

A great way to experience the city - I had a really lovely day out with Tamara! Happened to be the only one on the tour so lucked into a private 1:1 and she was great. Fantastic stories, super friendly and informative, and the food was amazing. Highly recommend, and if you’re afraid of haggis, don’t be, it was delicious.
