Great Scottish food - A walking tour be prepared to walk. Wear comfortable shoes and an umbrella or rain jacket, for the unpredictable weather. Varry was our guide.She was great

Wonderful time! - Great experience and highly recommend. Iain was great. Very knowledgeable of local history. Food was amazing and we would not have found these places if not for the tour.

A Favorite Edinburgh Experience! - This food tour was one of the best parts of our first trip to Edinburgh. Our guide was Wag, and the sheer amount of knowledge and interesting stories he had to share would have been worth the price. But we also got to try amazing food! We enjoyed dishes at 4 different restaurants, all amounting to a very satisfying lunch. A highlight was the haggis w/ neeps and tatties and also the sticky toffee pudding. I did a lot of research before selecting a food tour and we were completely delighted with the entire experience!

Highly recommend - Tamara was wonderful. She provided great information on the area and history. Very friendly and welcoming. She was also willing to give recommendations for places to try additional Scottish foods.

Quality Food Tour - Met the tour guide Wag right on time, and turned out to be the only ones on the tour. After introductions, and a slight detour for a photo opp suggested by Wag, we were off on the tour and it was apparent straight away that Wag had lots of knowledge and stories to share. The first place to visit was unexpectedly closed for some unplanned maintenance but Wag quickly got something set up.in it's place. Over the course of the next 3 hours or so we enjoyed beer (x 3!) cider, whisky liquer, scotch egg, macaroni cheese croquettes, haggis neeps & tatties, fish and and a very nice dessert to conclude. We also saw much of the old town and learned a lot from Wag who was an excellent guide and host. I'd certainly recommend this tour.

Food and History! - We enjoyed a wonderful tour with Tilly. She is exactly the kind of person you hope will be your tour guide. She is a great story teller and had fascinating tales to tell along our walk. As for the food, we went to a great collection of places, ending with dessert at a very swanky spot. We were all stuffed and loved everything. Highly recommend.

Very pleasant - Tilly has good knowledge to give visitors some insight in Edinburgh and it's history. But it was not only a matter of knlowledege but the skill to entertain the customers with good stories. She is a good character. The selection of restaurants was also good. My wife and I would join a tour with Tilly anytime.

Great food in great company! - We had a great evening with Tamara and another couple (love small groups)! She brought us to various venues and we really enjoyed the food and drinks she ordered for us. Also, she was very knowledgeable and fun and she really managed to make us confortable and happy. She shared great advice, which made us enjoy even more the rest of out stay in Edinburgh. I highly recommend this tour!
