- Innis & Gunn at No 6 - Drink one of the most unique and quintessentially Scottish beers you’ll find accompanied by a delicacy that’s origins might surprise you to find are not as Scottish as they seem.
- Edinburgh Farmers’ Market - We’ll introduce to some Scottish street food and the suppliers behind them whose passion and love for what they do shines through into their food.
- I.J. Mellis Cheesemonger - 3 Scottish cheeses, oatcakes and a surprise exclusive addition? It must a treat from a venerable Scottish institution.
- John Knox House Museum - Here we end the tour with a visit to a couple of location, close to each other but matched by the quality of tradition food on offer. we’ll make sure you go home well fed and watered as we try Cullen Skin (a traditional soup) Cranachan (a cream and fruit based desert) get a bit of whisky tasting going and, of course, haggis!
