Ghostly Underground - Michael is a fantastic storyteller and has the vibrancy and flair of Richard O'Brien circa 1990s Crystal Maze, but with significantly more hair. Loved the real history with the dramatic, gruesome and ghostly adaptions. For those concerned about it being dark and/or afraid of cramped spaces, it's not too bad at all - there's always enough dim light to see your way and enough high ceilings in parts of the vaults you don't feel too enclosed.

Excellent - The tour is short but long enough to absorb a lot of information. 30 mins above ground walking through the Closes and a further 30 minutes underneath in the vaults. We were extremely fortunate to have a wonderful guide, Steph who was positively enlightening and interesting. I could have listened to her for hours. Thank you Steph for making the tour so informative and entertaining.

Excellent - The tour was only 1 hour and 15 minutes but our guide Steph was excellent. She was interesting and very entertaining and I could have listened to her for hours! We learned and saw just enough to walk away completely satisfied. Thank you Steph!!!!!

Just do it and you'll have no regrets - It's a fun and slightly scary experience with cool historical background information of Edinburgh, and particularly the South Bridge, told by a very enthousiastic and good storyteller, Steph. We enjoyed this and we're captured by her performance.

Nicola couldn’t have done better! - Done the Hidden & Haunted Tour @ 17:00, Nicola was our tour guide and she really couldn’t have done better, was funny, friendly and really engaging.
The tour was a little over an hour with the first 15 minutes walking a few places with stories between before the final and longest part of the tour which was in the Mercat Tour section of the Vaults.
Will definitely book with them again for more tours.

Ghost tour - Excellent tour of the history and ghost is the area. We visited the underground and she explained the areas. Overall is way a good time.

Highly recommend - So interactive,our tour guide Marie had us laughing and scared at the same time.So cool to hear about the scary history of Edinburgh,highly recommend this tour if your looking for something to do,hopefully you have Marie she was amazing.

Hidden and Haunted tour 100% worth the money - Me and my girlfriend were a part of the Hidden and Haunted tour last night and we really enjoyed it. Our guide, Aniella, was welcoming and very knowledgeable. We both had no knowledge of the history of Edinburgh so it was a great lesson for us.
The audio devices given to us were very helpful for hearing the guide and everything we needed to know. We’d definitely go back!

Perfect way to spend our Sunday evening - Didn't know what to expect as not really done anything like this before. 5 stars from me. Micheal our guide was great and we both really enjoyed the tour. Learnt alot and had alot of fun along the way. Get and book it guys and enjoy.

Interesting and participative tour - Shout out to Linda and the team who were friendly and fun and created a fab experience. This was as much a history tour as ghost tour and was part overground. It was good to see the The vaults and it was made way to imagine life underground with Linda’s portrayal of the stories and characters . I still don’t believe in ghost though !
