Frightning tour - We had a wonderful evening. Our guide Sarah was an amazing storyteller and she frequently send shivers down our spines. We also enjoyed the tour through the vaults ans especially the glass of whiskey at the end for comfort. Very recommendable.

Ghost tour - Loved the ghost walk in Edinburgh with Mark. He was knowledgeable and created such a good atmosphere but also made it fun. We didn’t feel rushed at all and the underground caves were amazing. We also enjoyed our whisky and iron brew whilst listening to ghost stories. Definitely recommend.

Great tour for all ages - We had a great time being shown around the underground vaults by Linda, our tour guide. With 2 adults and 3 children our group were well catered for and all enjoyed the experience.

Um bom começo para explorar a histórica Old Edinburgh and your most brilliant gem! - A guided tour by an excellent guide with an excellent historical knowledge who introduced us to part of this historic city in the vicinity of the Royal Mile! It was really worth it and especially the included visit of the castle without going through the small queue.

Great historical facts - Great historical facts on the first walk about part if you love history. Tour is not designed for the less able as involves a lot of steep walking on uneven ground. The vaults are the best part unless you are clostrophobic, it is dark and dingy with uneven flours. Again great historical facts are given. Surprise at the end when you can sit down with a whiskey, beer, or soft drink in near darkness.

Loved the tour! - Loved this tour! Mark was an excellent storyteller and guide. Loved learning some ghostly history of Edinburgh. Wished we would have been able to spend more time in the vaults, but would absolutely recommend this company to anyone looking for a tour. Mercat was also very accommodating and provided a portable stool for us.

Disgusting Services - This place was absolutely rude and unprofessional. They get business frequently yet do not accommodate to tourists who have issues with wifi. We book an 2000hr tour but when we arrived, we were told it was a tour at 1830hrs. The confirmation email came through blank because of the lack of internet and so we had nothing to back our claims. The worker offered a tour for the following day but we would be leaving too early for any of tgeir tours and requested a refund. Their policies as they stated allowed refunds within 24hrs yet the manager, Jonathan, was very rude and unprofessional in denying us one. I am absolutely disappointed and would NEVER recommend anyone to this company ever again. Despicable!
