Outstanding guide. - Gee was great! He crafted the tour to what we had specifically wanted. The pace. The opportunity to learn about whiskey. He had good stories. Helped us learn about some Scottish history. And he was just a delight to spend the afternoon with.

Walking Edinburgh with Cal! - We had a limited time in Edinburgh and Calcedonio Riesi was our tour guide. His love of history and his city and country was evident as he gave us an engaging walk through Edinburgh -full of history, myths, and anecdotes. He offered suggestions for the remainder of our stay as well. Full of knowledge and energy, the time flew by as we talked centuries of royalty, history, renovations and progress. You can’t miss spending some time with Cal!

Edinburgh Tour with James - We had a wonderful adventure in Edinburgh with James as our guide. He was attentive to our desire to not see the typical tourist attractions. He planned our visit so that we were able to experience several different areas of the city, such as Newhaven, Moray Place, Coates, Princes Street and The Royal Mile. We were able to access both, tram and buses, which were very helpful so we didn't have to walk the entire time. James culminated our visit to the Royal Mile and Palace of Holyroodhouse. He shared with us details of the history, culture and modern events of the city. It was a fantastic journey. James put us at ease, as if he was already someone we know. We would highly recommend him to anyone who is wishing a first-hand tour of Edinburgh.

Excellent walking tour of Edinburgh's Old Town - My wife and I took a scintillating two-hour of Edinburgh's Old Town with Tom Darling. As we walked around, he gave us a sense of what life was life for ordinary people over the last few centuries, an overview of the city's history, and some entertaining anecdotes. Hard to do all that in just two hours but he made it happen.

Great Personalized Tour of Edinburgh Plus Lunch at Local Pub - My husband and I did a tour with Gee for 3 hours incorporating our personal interests in sites in Edinburgh and including a stop at a local pub for lunch in which we were invited to try some local food. We were traveling with another couple who are very good friends of ours and were able to walk the city and see Dean Village, Grassmarket, a quick peak at the Royal Mile (we didn't want to spend tons of time there since it is so busy with tourists), both Old Town and New Town, Outlander site, Calton Hill and points of interest along the way between these spots. Gee was a wonderful guide and made the whole experience a high point of our time in Edinburgh. He shared many interesting and fun stories full of the history of Edinburgh. At the pub, we enjoyed (even though we doubted we would) Cullen Skink, Boiled Scottish eggs, Haggis Spring Rolls, and Smoked Salmon. Thanks to Gee's gentle nudge we tried them all and loved them. We highly recommend Gee as this was one of the most fun things we did while there and we loved it that he tailored it specifically to what we had expressed we were interested in through a questionnaire provided prior to our arrival. We felt he went above and beyond our expectations for this tour. Take the tour with Gee and you won't be sorry you did!!

Edinburgh History and Gin! - We had a great experience with Tom learning about the history of Edinburgh while making various gin stops. Tom has an enthusiasm for Edinburgh and that coupled with his knowledge and experience of the city made for a great outing.
