Just off the Royal Mile, behind St Giles Cathedral on Parliament Square, you will find the CodE Pod Hostel just past the statue of James Braidwood the fireman. The meeting point is inside the hostel reception area, we'll head underground from there.

Very nice tasting with a... - Very nice tasting with a friendly host. The scotches were great, and everything was what I was hoping for.

An amazing experience, and fantastic host! - My husband and I had an absolute hoot- the tasting was amazing, and the space was so very cool. Our host Eleanore was wonderful, we learned so much and had a lot of laughs. I highly recommend this for anyone visiting/interested in whiskey!

Great whiskey, great instructional guide, great time! - We were paired up with 2 couples getting the basic whiskey tour and we had the luxury whiskeys. All were explained very clearly by our guide and he had all the answers to our questions. There's quite a difference between the basic and luxury whiskeys... if you have time during your trip... you might try going back to try both! Excellent value.

Fun Evening in Edinburgh - The whisky tasting was fun and informative! Our guide Mark was knowledgeable and described each whisky with the distiller’s region and history, giving our small group enough time between each to chat and enjoy. Highly recommended!

Whiskey delight - Excellent tour guide. He was knowledgable and personable. The venue was very cool and it was in a Close (converted passage way or alley). The whisky (not whiskey) was amazing. We tasted 5 different Scottish whisky’s and I will certainly will taste and drink more.
