The tour will conclude with a thrilling 15-minute finale at ‘The Lost Close’. Unearthed only recently, this subterranean location has remained an enigma since the Great Fire of 1824. Within this archaic vault originating from 1742, the remaining narratives of the journey will be narrated - offering a glimpse into earlier times and appropriately concluding an intimate experience of mystery and historical revelations.

Brilliant tour and fantastic performance it's learning and a show! - This tour was a blast! The resident witch Darcy was incredibly animated and knowledgeable! It was fun to learn about the history. Fully recommend it for anyone!

A Must See! - The Edinburgh: Witches Old Town Walking Tour & Underground Vault is a must see if you're interested in the history of Witches in Scotland. The tour guide Juniper was very knowledgable on the history of Witches in Edinburgh and provided a fun, lighthearted atmosphere to the group. Would absolutely book again.

Witches uncovered! - This tour was recommended to me to do and it was so cool! Our guide, Juniper, was fun and knowledgeable about the city and the witch history! She was very popular along our tour! I would recommend this tour to anyone coming to visit Edinburgh, especially if they want to learn about the darker history of Edinburgh.

Fun and funny witch tour - Witch tour was awesome, our tour guide Darcey: very kind, very helpful and told fascinating stories. Spooky underground room was fun. And when John Knox was buried in St Giles's churchyard it turned into a parking lot 😆that was funny.
